Dr. Anderson and his staff are always friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Valerie is a great hygienist who takes good care of me. After my long-term dentist retired I searched for a dentist who wasn't part of a corporate firm where they care more about selling add-on services than they care about the health of patients teeth. I am happy to rate my dentist, Dr. Anderson and his staff with a 5-star rating.
Valerie did a great job cleaning my teeth today and she really cares about the health of her patients. Lance and his staff are and have been exceptional since I have been having my dental work done there probably for 20 years now.
I recently moved back to the area and experienced a mishap over the weekend when a tooth broke. I was very grateful that Tina took my call on a day when the office was normally closed. She answered all my questions and arranged for me to receive emergency dental work within a few days. Brandy was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to find an endodontist who could see me the next day. She stayed with me throughout both of my visits, offering reassurance and showing empathy regarding my dental anxiety. She clearly communicated the next steps, and thanks to her and Tina, I was fully informed about the costs, with no surprises when it was time to pay. Dr. Anderson was also very caring and made sure I had enough pain medication to keep me comfortable during my visit. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this amazing team. I have definitely found my new dental office for ongoing care!
