Dr. Le Dental Office

Walked in for a 2pm cleaning appointment I booked weeks ago and sat in the waiting room until 2:45 without anyone even aknowledging me. When I finally got back there the dental assistant was rude and seemed annoyed that I asked questions about the procedure. Told me my insurance would cover a filling so I went ahead with it and than found out it didnt cover half of it when I checked later. Will not be comming back here.

I would NOT go back here. Basically walked in with a simple cavity and left feeling like I had the worst dental experiance of my life, teh staff didnt seem to care at all, they just rushed through everything. The dentist was RUDE too, didn't actually listen when I said the freezing wasnt working so I just sat there flinching the whole time. To make things worse, the front desk person had no clue about my insurance and argued with me about a charge I definately didnt owe. Felt like a complete waste of a morning, I would rather drive all the way to Tustin next time than deal with that again.

I came in for a simple cleaning and they told me I needed three thousand dollars worth of work out of nowhere, no explanation just a printout. I sat there for almost an hour after my appointment time in that stiff chair watching people walk back and forth doing nothing. The hygenist barely spoke to me, she just scraped my teeth like she was angry at them and then disappeared. The front desk girl argued with me about my insurance like it was my fault they got the codes wrong. I walked out of there with a sore jaw and a bad mood and I’m never coming back.

worst teeth cleaning I've ever had... how do you mess up teeth cleaning that bad?

i had a cleaning and exam here and it was not good. waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment time no one said sorry. the hygienist was rough and my gums bled a lot, hurt for 2 days after. the dentist came in for maybe 4 minutes looked at my xrays and said i needed 3 fillings and a crown right away but didnt explain why. when i asked questions he seemed annoyed like i was wasting his time. the front desk also messed up my insurance i was quoted one price and ended up paying way more. i called to fix it and they gave me the runaround. overall just a bad experience from start to finish. i wont be back and i would tell others to avoid this place

I’ve been going to Dr Le’s for over 25 years now. He’s a top notch doctor and really cares about his patients. My wife and all my kids now call him their personal dentist and we all love him and his staff. Dr Le personally checks each patient carefully and does the cleaning himself. Dr Le and his staff greet everyone by name and get to know their patiens like family. In addition, I have several friends who have been going to Dr Le for over 25 years since we moved to Orange County in the early 2000’s. I’ve been going to Dr. Le for almost 30 years. I used to drive from San Diego and now I drive from Redlands to see him. He’s friendly, gentile, knowledgeable and his staff is always so pleasant. Walking into his office feels like you’re walking into his home. Very inviting and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
