Dr Matt is the BEST! From the moment our son started treatment, he has felt comfortable and welcome (as have we!). He is knowledgeable, patient, and calm. We appreciate his expertise and his gentle manner. His staff is wonderful as well—from Carissa, the treatment coordinator, to Junko, the office manager, to the hygienists—everyone is kind and welcoming. My teenage daughter recently finished her Invisalign treatment and her teeth look excellent. The entire process from start to finish with Doctor Matt Orthodontics was fabulous. Everyone working in the office was so pleasant. I would sit in the waiting area often to wait for my daughter, and I witnessed lots of great interactions with patients and the staff. Once I saw a very young boy who they would give frequent breaks for during his appointment. The staff was very patient in making sure the boy was comfortable. 10/10 I recommend them to everyone.
