Dr. Maha, may God punish her, ruined my teeth. Every so often, one falls out, and I'm going to lose all my teeth because of her. She had no conscience. She filed my teeth down so hard that they weakened, and I had to have a root canal. After that, my teeth started falling out. Now I've lost years of my life, and I will keep praying against her.
Unfortunately, the service is terrible, and the price is ridiculously high. I got a smile makeover, and within a week, two of my teeth (the veneers) fell out, my gums are inflamed, and my teeth are loose. I expected one thing, but it turned out to be something else entirely. The most important thing is that you wait for them to take your money, then you have to beg for an appointment and wait endlessly. Besides that, they don't respond if I have a problem. I had my veneers done at another place, and they never fell out once. I had them for eight years, and they fell out. I have to keep chasing the doctor from clinic to clinic—once in Jahra, once in Mahboula, and once in the capital—and they don't care about the patient. The most important thing is that I'm the last person they care about. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Honestly, I don't even deserve a quarter of a star. Every time I have a problem, they tell me to get a cleaning. I've had four cleanings in a year. The most important thing is that they're right and I'm wrong, and on top of all that, you have to pay. If your appointment is at 4, go to 5. They'll keep you there for a full hour or an hour and a half.
Unfortunately, my experience at the clinic was very bad. From the very beginning, there was poor treatment and disorganization. They received me and let me in supposedly for a cleaning, and after I waited a full hour from the start of my appointment, they told me to make another appointment! Even though they had been seeing me from the beginning. Honestly, there was no respect for the patient's time and no professionalism whatsoever. I absolutely do not recommend it.
Remove the center tables, which occupy unnecessary space and hurting the knees of the patients. Clinic will not remind of your appointment . Doctor is not available on the given time. Have to wait for her . Happened twice. Their online appointment is also not of any use. Replies are delayed and are not in synch with their docs schedules. Limited resources is suspected. Difficult to find parking space.
