Dr. Neel and his staff have been amazing with my autistic daughter. They are patient, kind, and most importantly she allows them to work in her mouth so we can keep her teeth healthy! We are always allowed to go back with her and sit next to her while she is in the chair. Excellent practice!
Be very careful with Dr.Neel. He practices outside of his scope (ortho where we had an awful outcome) and is very aggressive with unnecessary treatment. Do yourself a favor and find another pediatric dentist and make the switch, if nothing else go for a second opinion before accepting treatment for your child from him.
We love this practice. Our kids have been patients many years and are always impressed.
I found this office and practice to be very disappointing. My son was whisked back and treated without informing me about what the dentist saw, and treated. - x rays without parental consent - I had to insist on speaking with the dentist regarding my child at appointments. - I then had to request x rays be taken to look at wisdom teeth after being told they were going to wait a year. I overheard the dentist tell his assistant “mother knows best” as they reviewed the x rays and realized an immediate need for wisdom teeth extraction. - I have moved, and the office has still not forwarded my child’s records to his new dentist even after repeated calls and requests from me and the new dentist. I do not recommend this office.

Dr. Neel and his staff are fantastic. My son told me recently after leaving an appointment "he was a great find." Totally agree. Thank you Dr. Neel and staff for your 5 star care.
