The minute I walked through the door I was greeted with “hello, welcome Al” and a big smile from both Stevie and Sandy. Saige, my hygienist was very kind and very gentle. As I was leaving I stopped to talk to Marci and Nuiri as they were greeting their patients. Such a great team!

Today's visit was a waste of my time. No treatment was done. I was scheduled for an three hour appointment, whe I only agreed to a cleaning. I received a list of more than 15 needs, but no return appointment. I hope this was just a fluke incident and not their routine service 😕

We had a great experiance at Dr Nicks clinic, while visiting from Canada, my son was accepted really fast and with the highest professional diagnosis ,Highly recommended!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist, and I’m so happy I found this office! Marci and Niuri were both amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everything went well just trying to get use to tooth

Helen was wonderful! She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and made the entire experience comfortable. She walked me through every step of the process in a way that was simple, clear, and easy to understand. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Had the best dental experience ever here. First time in this office and was met with so much warmth and friendliness. Marci and Helen both took amazing care of me and made it such a simple and easy process. I had Dr. Mac who was very nice and gave me great dental guidance, and was also checked out by Sandy who was also so nice and amazing on my way out. Everyone just went the extra mile and they really do care. Helen and Marci also give so many goodies and make everything as pleasant as possible. Honestly can’t believe this place was real how nice everyone was. BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have never had such good dentist experience before. I started off poorly with an accident on the way and unreliable uber who got lost. I informed the office I would be late. Patient Service relationships go both ways so I was in full panic when I finally arrived apologizing and desperate to get any amount of service done even at the cost of a late fee. Stevie at reception was so reassuring and get this...no late fee! Relief swept over me, but I still was anxious. I have had poor experience with Dentist and Hygienist. They have gained a reputation of shaming and blaming. I was horribly overdue to get some work done due to lack of insurance, so I was so sure they were going to see how bad my teeth were and shoot me dead in the chair, but they shattered that reputation. Helen just told me exactly how it was. Direct, clear, transparent, and she did it all without shame. She was actually REALLY funny and very supportive instead of making hurtful comments. During my cleaning, Niuri came in to give us even better news. There was a cancelation. This worked really well for both of us! I was so worried getting just my X-Rays and a cleaning in and now I was able to get extra work done! Dr. Mac walked me through the process of a filling and explained a lot while working. I found that so interesting to get that side. Most dentist I've experienced would just work, comment, and leave, but not Dr. Mac. Sitting in that chair she shared a glimpse of her world of her work. When I'm all done, Stevie invites me to stay in the AC while waiting for a ride. It doesn't seem like much to many, but it did for me. She even shared her own uber horror story! We laughed and she gave me a water before I left. What an amazing team you have here. Thank you for having me as a patient and treating me like a patient instead of burden and work. The little chats of rapport, the insights on what part of the process you're on, the medical recommendations, and the highest form of welcoming at Dentist is unlike anywhere else I've ever experienced. I cannot recommend this place enough.
