Dr. Ricardo Ramirez, DDS

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work I received at this dental office. The treatment I underwent was poorly executed! After the appointment, I continued to experience issues that should not have occurred if the procedure had been done properly in the first place. Dental work requires precision and trust, and unfortunately my experience did not reflect either. I would strongly caution others to be very careful and consider seeking a second opinion before proceeding with treatment here.

Dr. Ramirez is just amazing! I have a huge fear of dentistry procedures but Dr Ramirez put me at ease and did an amazing job! From the front desk to the dental assistants and of course Dr Ramirez I thank them all! What an amazing staff! Forever grateful thank y'all so much!

Scheduling is ridiculous! Their texting system is useless, texts don’t get replied to nor acknowledged, and when you reply “reschedule” the staff still does not reply but they assume that means cancel, but do they call or text with other available dates? No! Why remove someone who HAS an appointment and not reschedule since that’s what I’m wanting to do. I called today thinking I still had my appointment, Lorena told me I wasn’t on the schedule that day or any other day, also since I said reschedule I was removed and my appt was given to someone else. I told her I never said cancel though, I have 24 hours to let y’all know, why give it to someone else?! She said well someone should've called to help you reschedule, I said no one called me and if they did you would’ve seen I had a future appointment! She couldn’t fit me in or give me my appointment back her solution was to reschedule me for June.

Very disappointed with staff and their inability to resolve a scheduling misunderstanding. As a result my daughter lost her appointments.

My childs appointment was cancelled... because I didn't confirm the appointment that i thought was confirmed when i made the appointment. I was upset about this and let office know how unfair they were. I made another appointment and was scheduled only to be told my family is blacklisted. Sad practice.

Always a pleasure to see the staff. Very friendly and professional. Staff always makes me feels welcome! My appointments are always fast never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. My hygienist (Pablo)always does a great job with every cleaning! Also makes me feels welcome and comfortable. Love, love the office always decorated very nice and everyone always seems to be very happy!

The staff provides excellent customer service and I am always seen on time. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dentists because Dr. Ramirez is extremely gentle and will make your procedure as comfortable as possible!

Dr. Ramirez was recommended to me by my sister who is a dental hygienist here in El Paso and I’ve already had two appointments with him. I have been extremely impressed with the time his staff takes in explaining the procedures. Dr. Ramirez, himself, does a great job and is very thorough. I’ve seen an orthodontist in the area that had great things to say about him, as well. I’m VERY pleased to be one of his patients.
