I have been undergoing dental reconstruction and going through a variety of appliances and procedures for over 20 years. I have had implants fail, twice, and have broken and worn out several sets of temporary fixes. Traveling a lot for work, I was consistently let down by a big national chain that I used and paid thousands of dollars to for multiple unsatisfactory repairs and appliances. Out of desperation after yet another break, I found Dr. Eidelson's office. And I am glad I did. Professional and courteous staff, very communicative, easy to set up appointments. He worked with me over almost 2 months of explanations, assessments, meeting me at the lab, always working with me and explaining every step of the process. I recommend this office to anyone who needs dental care in Philadelphia.
As a new patient I was greeted quickly and assisted with intake papers required by the dentist etc. I had my last X-rays emailed so Dr. Eidelson was able to review. Will go back for cleaning and continue with my dental hygiene with his office.
It was my first visit too this office and I found Dr. Eidelson and his staff to be very friendly like I have been going there for years. I go back for a teeth cleaning and will Update my review. I am updating my review don’t go here the dentist is incompetent and forgets a lot. He brought me back 3 times to fix a chipped tooth and then charged me a ton for a night guard saying the one I had wasn’t good enough now that the tooth got bonded. I get very anxious at the dentist and the one visit I jumped bc of the tool he used and he snapped at me. The office staff is constantly turning over. Run!

Dr Eidelson recently did 4 cosmetic front teeth crowns for me. He successfully closed a gap between my two front teeth. Dr Eidelson was very professional and honest about the process. He was willing to make reasonable payment arrangements as well. I live in Delaware and traveled to his Philadelphia, PA South Street location for my visits. He has a very nice staff of ladies who work with him also. A big shout out to Kim and Heather. Thank you Dr Eidelson for making me smile again!
I stumbled into Dr. Eidelson’s office one day practically bursting with despair, anxiety and shame over the state of my teeth and the condition of my oral health. It was immediately clear that I had come to the right place. Dr. E and his team are skilled, talented, very compassionate and fun, beautiful human beings! They got right to work and in less than a week the transformation was remarkable. My experience has been nothing short of magical. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. I came to Dr Eidelson with the intention of getting Invisalign and was given a 20-week aligner plan. Dr Eidelson diligently and tirelessly worked to correct my smile well beyond the 20-week aligners and we are finally in the home stretch of the program.
