I owe everything to Dr. Harrell. I had a bad dental experience that I couldn’t get fixed until I met Dr. Harrell. He devoted so much time and energy to fix my smile. He was truly patient and kind. He always makes me feel like a better person for knowing him. His generosity of spirit is sincerely genuine and unmatched. He is honestly quite a remarkable person and the best dr I’ve ever had. We need more people like him in the world. I consider myself very fortunate and lucky to be able to call him my dentist.

Edit 11/27/2025 -> saying I am an unverified source is pathetic. Feel free to reach out to me to verify me. Dr.Joubert fixed everything years ago after you… Update 9/30: after 3 years Mr. Harrell answers “he will help”. I went to his office 3 years ago, I asked for help, guess what he did? Nothing. Unfortunately I can definitely not suggest Dr. Harrell. No question, simple "cleaning" is okay but don't ever do anything else there! My wife was told she needs fillings, what we agreed to do. Fillings on almost 10 teeth were done and that's were the problems started. She never had tooth pain before but after the treatment several teeth started to pain. Bottom line we ended up to get 8 crowns!!!, of course at another Doctor, since all the teeth nerves were damaged. She is 28 years old and always maintained her teeth. I even went to Mr. Harrell, who said he understands the situation and he will check and help. No response since then. Definitely do not go to this Doctor! Worse Doctor ever guys.

Best dentist I’ve ever met. Incredible staff. I had a ton of questions about a major procedure, and they walked me through all of it patiently with all the info I needed. They followed up to check on me, made the scheduling process simple and efficient, and they were professional and knowledgeable enough to put my anxiety at ease. The only dentist for me.

Dr. Harrell and his staff are first class. What I love most about the practice is the continuous utilization of new technology to enhance customer experience and comfort. I have been with this practice for over 20 years and now my kids are patients. Keep up the great work and thank you!

Where can I begin. I’ve always had issues with dental work ever since I was young. Maybe it’s mental, maybe it’s just how my mechanics work but Dr Harrell and staff have been fantastic every step of the way. I would echo some of other reviews in that Dr Harrell and his staff are the first dental group I truly feel like at home. They have never made me dumb for my teeth, which are my most frustrating part of my body. No matter how much time and energy I spend on my teeth, they just have issues. Theresa has been my hygienist for years and she is an absolute gem. I’m not an easy client yet she endures. If you are looking for quality and the satisfaction that your teeth and all the work will be done to superior quality then Dr Harrell and his team are the ones for you.

My story is long, so I won't get into it all. I have had a life full of dental issues starting from a young age. Even with impeccable oral hygiene routines, my teeth were just horrible. I had seen dentist after dentist after dentist, looking for anyone who could or would help. I was met with either rudeness or promises that turned into nightmares. I reached the point I wouldn't smile, barely talked to anyone, and hardly ate. If my mouth opened for any reason, it was always hidden behind a hand so no one could see. My self esteem had plummeted, and I was at an all time low. After A LOT of research, I decided yet again to try a new dentist with hopes of a promising future for me. The first time I made the 5 hour drive for a consultation with Dr. Robert Harrell, I KNEW I had made the right decision and finally met a dentist who would help! I had options, someone on my side, cried happy tears, and smiled for the 1st time... even though it was hidden. I have currently been a patient of Dr. Harrell for almost 6 years (even throughout the Covid pandemic when visits could not be frequent). I have undergone 2 oral surgeries under anesthesia that included extractions, all on 6 implants, bone grafting, and all on 4 implants. I have been through countless examinations that included scans, molds, fittings, reviews of prosthetics, cleanings, and regular dental exams. While it may not be for everyone, Dr. Harrell has prayed for me and with me through treatments, held my hands when I needed it through the beginning process, called numerous times to check up on me after surgeries, always worked diligently to fix any problems that may arise, been honest with me about my dental care and treatments, and provided the absolute best dental care! I visit regularly with my hygienist, Hunter, who always brightens my new smile. She has always been very friendly, always with a smile, remembers me (asks about my kids/ family), and we spend time catching up during our visits. It's nice; it's homey; it's that comfort that you really look for when you're somewhere that you've always feared! I would refer anyone to Dr. Robert Harrell! No matter how far the drive, it will always be worth it! My journey was a long one, but finding the right dentist made the difference! I only wish it had been sooner. BTW... This review has not been paid for or requested. It is a legit, original, authentic review from a patient who has been where you just may be right now... seeking help. There really is a light, keep searching and find your smile again!

Dr. Harrell stands by his promise when things don’t go as planned. His staff and the Dr are excellent, like always. I walked in, and the nurse greeted me by name. I had my implant in January 2019, which was my k9 tooth. I know because of the tooth's position, it comes in contact with the most force due to my bite. The crown became loose, and Dr. Harrell fixed it and even put in a new crown at no charge. I’m just so glad I picked this dental implant center not only for the excellent service but because of their integrity and one-stop shop! Keep up the good work.

Let me start by saying, I despise going to the dentist but I am really thankful that I found Dr. Harrell and his AMAZING team. I just recently started going to their office November of 2021 and I cannot be more pleased. When I first went in, everything was laid out well and everything was explained to me regarding payments and procedures, etc. Every single question that I had was answered. Everyone of his staff members have ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and welcomed me, from the nice lady at reception(can’t remember her name) to Kelly, and Hunter, and I can’t forget the doctor himself! I’ve had 2 cleanings, both done by Hunter and you can tell she cares about you as a patient. I absolutely love her! I also recently had a dental implant placed by Dr. Harrell in which I was nervous to get, but he reassured me that all would be well and it is. I have had 0 pain and 0 complications since the day the implant was placed. I’ve also had a few fillings and experienced 0 pain. I am so glad that I found this office. They are also extremely advanced and utilize top technology and tools. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed! Thanks, Harrell Dentistry!!
