I would love to say that the hygienist Miss Sophia did the best cleaning I have ever had for my teeth. She is dedicated and she truly cares about the patients. She is detailed and she made sure I understood everything how to properly care for my teeth. She even stayed after her working hours because of me. I can’t thank her enough or express how great she is at what she does. I am looking forward to giving my teeth the best care with Miss Sophia in the future Thank you so much for your professionalism and care! ❤️

We had to leave a review here to share our experience and unfortunately not a good one. We saw their advertisement online to try their products and made an order, of 2 products, after the purchase they contacted us saying one of the products is out of stock and they can send a replacement, they also offered a refund which would take about 5 days. The advertisement clearly stated "Order now and receive it the next day". It's the 3rd day now and we haven't received anything. Worse than all of that, we contacted them on WhatsApp to follow up on when would receive our order and they did not respond. We tried calling the numbers provided for customer support and both numbers hang up the call when it starts ringing, rudely unprofessional.

I first visited two years ago and have followed Dr Roze’s advice, encouraging all my family to improve their oral hygiene. Sofia is the best hygienist I've ever encountered - exceptionally thorough - such that I try very hard to preserve her work by cleaning diligently. Dr Oliver is tenacious in sorting out my molars 😄. He's always sorted me out when Sofia spots any potential issues.
