I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Annaliese Carlsmith and the team at Wakasa & Carlsmith. From my first visit, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Carlsmith combines exceptional attention to detail with a warm, compassionate approach, and I always felt confident that I was receiving outstanding care. I also had cosmetic dental work done, and I’m thrilled with the results. The work looks natural, and I’ve received numerous compliments on my smile at business and professional events. It has given me a real boost in confidence. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Every visit was a positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Carlsmith and her team. Five stars without hesitation.

Dr Carlsmith is a very good dentist. She is honest with me and lets me know if I am off track. She is not in the for the money although this is her business. I trust her expertise and guidance.

My cousin is a disabled adult and Dr. Carlsmith is always so kind and understanding in dealing with her. She gives very thorough explanation of what is going on. The office staff is also fantastic. We get the best quality care there.

I was a patient of Dr. Nagare, who I loved, and lucked out that his successor, Dr. Carlsmith, is just phenomenal. Since I was a kid, I have known that at some point in my adult life, I would have to fix a complicated and expensive congenital dental problem. Insurance wouldn't cover it (a whole other issue!)) and I was dreading how much it would cost and how complicated it would be. When it became clear it was time to tackle the problem, Dr. Carlsmith said, "Don't worry. We've got this." And "we" did! She connected me to several other trusted providers to help me explore options, considered the different options along with me, and helped me calendar out the phases of my treatment so that I could pay for it nearly all by my FSA savings. When it seemed like it was going to get expensive, she said, "Hey, let me see if I can figure out a more reasonable way to do this, " and proposed a solution that saved me literally thousands of dollars. Over the four years we have been working together on this, she has been attuned, upbeat, positive, and because she stays up to date on the latest technology and approaches, she was able to help me figure out the most streamlined way to resolve my issues. Over and above the dental care, she magically remembers to check in about how my life overall is going, and has even offered very welcome hugs at exactly the moment I most needed them. Now my smile is FINALLY complete and paid for, and I couldn't be happier with the knowledge, value, and genuine human care I received from Dr. Carlsmith and her team.

Hands-down, the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! The office staff are super nice and my dentist, Dr. Carlsmith, was so pleasant, thorough, and took her time to get to know my dental needs. She talked me through all she was going to do during my appointment and even explain the results of my x-rays. I hadn’t been to the dentist for many, many years, and I can safely say that one longer be the case. I trust my dental care will be fully handled by Dr. Carlsmith and her staff.
