I was taken on time. The hygienist did an excellent job and I was out in 45 minutes. The entire experience was pleasant and painless.

Very professional, competent and friendly team

I never thought I’d leave a teeth cleaning appointment disappointed… but only because they wouldn’t let me book one for tomorrow. Sharp Dentistry somehow makes getting your teeth scraped enjoyable. The office looks more like a luxury spa than a dental practice, the staff is ridiculously friendly (I’m convinced they secretly recruit from Disney), and everyone somehow remembers your name without staring awkwardly at a chart. The cleaning was thorough, gentle, and surprisingly relaxing. Then, just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Dr. Segal made a cameo appearance—like the Stan Lee of dentistry. He stopped in, made sure everything looked great, and somehow managed to make me feel better about flossing without delivering a guilt trip. Five stars. If you’re looking for a place where the facility is beautiful, the staff is exceptional, and even a routine cleaning feels first-class, Sharp Dentistry is it.

I had my first visit to this dental office today, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The representative I spoke with on the phone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the directions and parking instructions, which made my first visit much easier. Upon arrival, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and very understanding regarding my tardiness. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by the front desk staff. The dental hygienist was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough during my cleaning. She took the time to explain procedures and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Sharp was courteous, welcoming, and attentive. He asked thoughtful questions to help me feel at ease during the examination. He carefully reviewed the 18 images taken of my teeth and performed a comprehensive evaluation, taking the time to explain his findings and recommendations. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with up-to-date technology. Most importantly, every staff member I encountered demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. As a professional who has worked in the luxury beauty and wellness industry, I pay close attention to client experience and service standards.
