Dr. Markovitz and Harbor Orthodontics are fabulous. We have a son with sensory sensitivities and has some difficulties with densitry in general. Dr. Markovitz was very willing to work with him and us on a different solution and switched him from traditional braces to Invisalign. Dr. Markovitz and all his staff have been great: they're very understanding, friendly, and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Markovitz for orthodontics

I actually look forward to appointments with Dr. Markowitz. Everything is so efficient and professional, and Dr. Markowitz is a pleasure to interact with. His patient care is extraordinary and I have been very pleased with the results of my treatment.

The receptionist was exceptionally patient and so warm, I felt very comfortable and relaxed knowing my daughter was going to get her first treatment, the nurse who assisted her was also very welcoming and felt like I had known her for a long time. The locations are beautiful and great ambiance overall this far 10/10.

My experience here was upsetting from start to finish. I came in wanting braces, but was convinced to get Invisalign instead. Within weeks, my gums became severely inflamed and painful — to the point I could barely eat. The doctor even said he’d “never seen this before,” yet continued my treatment without investigating why. Over the 5–6 months I was in his care, I repeatedly voiced concerns about my gum health and the direction my teeth were moving. On my birthday, he dismissed me completely, making hurtful comments like, “Your teeth can’t be perfect” and “I can’t change your bone shape.” I left in tears. Looking at my before-and-after photos, there’s virtually no change. Despite being unhappy, I was pressured to sign that I was “satisfied” with my treatment just to end the process. I paid $2,500 out of pocket for results I never got and left feeling belittled, ignored, and disrespected. While he may come across as pleasant at first, my experience revealed a lack of care, attentiveness, and professionalism. This wasn’t just a waste of money — it was an emotional hit I’ll never forget. I would never recommend him.

I've had an outstanding experience with Dr. Markovitz and his entire team. From the very beginning, his service has been nothing short of exceptional—he's knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about delivering the best results for his patients. The staff is equally impressive: warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make every visit comfortable. My experience with Markovitz Orthodontics has been outstanding. The staff has always been very polite and accommodating. Before visiting Markovitz Orthodontics, I was informed by another orthodontist that I would need jaw surgery to align my teeth. I was concerned about this, but Dr. Markovitz was able to align my teeth without resorting to surgery. He did an excellent job, even though other orthodontists considered my mouth alignment challenging. Now, my smile reflects my happy and vibrant personality! I am truly thankful for the services provided by Markovitz Orthodontics.
