We have been coming to Dr. Nicolas and Asp since we first moved to Dubai 25 years ago. For a long time, they provided the absolute best services, and we trusted them completely. ​Unfortunately, that long-standing trust has been deeply affected by a recurring lack of administrative sensitivity. Every single year, the clinic sends an automated birthday greeting to my mobile number addressed to my mother, who passed away 15 years ago. Receiving these annual notifications is incredibly painful and reopens old wounds every time they appear. ​The clinic urgently needs to update its database management and properly filter out sensitive, outdated patient information. Furthermore, the media and marketing teams need serious training on data management and empathy. Automated marketing should never come at the cost of hurting people's feelings and disrupting their peace of mind. I hope management takes this seriously and removes this data immediately.

I had my scaling treatment done by Dr. Namat Alyoussef. She is polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions patiently. She invested qualitative time ensuring I am satisfied with the results. The clinic is also clean and manages booking professionally without long waitings. Overall, I am happy with my experience and would recommend Dr. Namat to anyone looking for a good dentist for scaling and general dental care.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Daniel. After some really bad experiences with other dentists and clinics, he made me feel calm and completely at ease from the start. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, and he’s extremely thorough, skilled, and works really quickly. The entire team is wonderful too, from reception to the hygienist and assistants, everyone is kind, welcoming, and very professional. Highly recommend!
