Their equipment is state of the art. It’s obvious that they are willing to spare no expense to have the best tools while having the skills to use them.

I avoid the dentist at all costs. I’ve had some difficult experiences in my life, and at almost 60 years old, dental work is something I had been putting off for far too long. The moment I walked into Dr. Planzos’ office, I immediately felt at ease. The warmth, kindness, and genuine care from everyone there gave me the confidence to finally move forward with much-needed treatment. I actually flew all the way from California because I could not imagine going anywhere else. I spent a total of 14 hours in the chair fixing multiple issues, and the entire time I felt safe, cared for, and respected. That says everything. Dr. P., Dr. Penny, and Dr. Leah were all absolutely amazing. Their compassion, professionalism, and ability to make an anxious patient feel comfortable are truly special. Honestly, part of me wants to gatekeep this office because they are THAT good — but people deserve to know when they’ve found something exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience with Dr. Planzos and his team. They were incredibly helpful and professional, especially as I was transitioning from a previous dentist where a lot of issues had been missed. They took the time to really look at everything carefully, explain what was going on, and help me navigate next steps without feeling overwhelmed. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way. Dr. Thomas is truly an artisan — thoughtful, detail-oriented, and just a great person overall. I feel like I’m finally in good hands.

The staff is wonderful. They gave me a complete breakdown of all the work that needed to be done with an itemized cost estimate. They have a multi-generation team approach. They take their appointments on time with great professional attention. The office has an excellent texting system that never let's you forget an appointment. Their office is bright, clean and comfortable. This practice was recommended to me by my dentist who was retiring which is quite a testament. I have no regrets about taking his advice and would refer my friends and family to them without hesitation.

While many are not happy going to the dentist, we may be exceptions! We are always greeted with smiles and pleasantries and the quality of the dental care is exceptional! The dentists absolutely know their craft and are extremely personable and caring. The whole office is welcoming and the patients’ rooms are of the highest quality. We travel a long distance to get to the office, and it is well worth the trip. Whether it’s for a cleaning, a crown or implant, we are confident that we are in the best hands possible.

I have been a patient of Impressive Dental Care for several years. The care that I have received from Dr.s Thomas, Lea, & Penny, as well as hygienist Pauline, has been consistently exemplary. Likewise, all members of the staff, Gabriela, Joanna, and Kejsi, are simply AMAZING. While there used to always be a level of anxiety associated with a visit to the dentist , I have always been put at ease with everyone at Impressive Dental. However deeply based in ignorance, no question is treated as stupid one. Everyone is patient and understanding. I have always been convinced that my well-being is as important to them as it is for me. I have recommended their care to everyone I know and I am so grateful to be included their roster of patients.
