Very friendly staff and caring team. They keep things simple for patients to understand. Easy to get to and convenient hours. Dr. Salone exudes patience and care while working on me. I forgot I even had dental work today because she was so gentle, quick, and efficient! I love their state of the art facility!

Lifetime "anti dentite" here...I hated the dentist as a kid and have neglected regular cleanings and care since the 90s. Subsequently, my chompers had multiple issues. I originally chose this practice based on the proximity to my house, but these ladies have been nothing but phenomenal. I think I even dozed off during my 3 cavities and crown procedures this morning. I still hate the dentist, but they make it as tolerable as possible and are always friendly and helpful.

My initial impression was great but after a few months I've had some experiences that forced me to downgrade my review. My experiences with the technicians were good but the business side sucks. They don't send appointment notifications which resulted in me calling numerous times to verify that, yes, I have an appointment scheduled. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day, and bear the mental load of making sure a business I'm paying is managing their calendar correctly. And then, when I lost access to my calendar when I got a new job, I ended up missing an appointment. It is wildly unprofessional in modern times for an appointment-based office to not send out appointment reminders. WILDLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Since then, one of the fillings I received in August seems to have cracked and I'm now in pain again, which makes me question the quality of work. Oh and you have to pay for two appointments just to get a cleaning, which forces patients to pay more for a service that other offices handle in one visit. And when they bill you for that missed appointment, they make it more difficult than other offices to pay. There's no online payment portal and there's no mention on the bill that you can call into the office and pay. For all the gee-whiz technology in the dentist area, you should invest in some basic technologies for the front office.

Very friendly and professional staff. The wait time was short—I was actually seen earlier than my scheduled appointment. Dr. Moody and the hygienist were extremely helpful in explaining my treatment plan and offering flexible options that worked with my time constraints. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I just went to Dual Image Dentistry office for the first time. Great experience. I just relocated to Charlotte after living in LA for 18yrs and having the same dentist for all that time. Change is hard but it’s easier when you find competent health care partners. My cleaning was done by Crystal - great job. Thanks for he exam Dr. Moody. See you soon! And yes I’ll remember to floss more. 😀
