I visit this place for the first time it’s seem like 👍🏻 not crowded and its government clinic I was surprised The lady dentist was explaining very good and she do have work. I forget the name.
I had two full anesthesia dental procedures done for my daughters with Dr. Anas Al Salami, and the experience was absolutely excellent. Everything went smoothly, and even after the operations, Dr. Anas personally followed up and showed great care and professionalism. He is very polite, respectful, and wonderful with children — they truly love him because he knows how to make them feel comfortable and safe. I’ve recommended him to all my family members! Currently, my daughter is being treated by Dr. Archa, and she absolutely loves her as well. Dr. Archa has helped her overcome her fear of dental visits; she is so kind, patient, and amazing with kids. Her treatment is excellent, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional pediatric dentist. Overall, the experience at the dental hospital has been outstanding, and I’m very grateful for both doctors’ dedication and kindness.
I was referres to this clinic by a local dentist. Dentist they always refer their "friends " doesn t matter the skillset. I have had some works done by post grad under supervision. It was the beginning of an odyssey. Main doctor meant well but simply don t have the skill set required to manage apprentices. They all mean well but this is only a place you should visit if you struggle with money. Like I said no evil intended but I had damages and I was lied about having a mouth occlusion wich was due to the works done. One doctor in one occasion told me " you will get used to it " . Later in time I will have long lasting consequences on such statements. It was my fault and mine only to give my health in the hands of beginners and underskilled professionals.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with appointment scheduling at the clinic. Unfortunately, the repeated delays and lengthy wait times have led me to withdraw my children from care. When we arrives at the clinic as scheduled, we often waits for at least 1 to 1.5 hours despite having an appointment. The lack of proper communication regarding appointment schedules has been frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the clinic can address these issues to improve the experience for future patients.
This Hospital is okay for simple dental fixes. But be aware: * You'll pay to be treated by master students, some with little experience. * It can feel like you're a practice patient, not a real one. * The perio department seems especially disorganized. * Follow-up care depends on student schedules, not your needs. * Good dentists are there, but very busy. Basically, good for easy things, but look elsewhere for complex issues or personalized care.
