Private practice, friendly staff, best teeth cleaning I’ve had in years. They even gave me a pillow for my head and chocolate when I left.

Got me in quickly and did a wonderful job explaining different options for me to choose from. Amazing friendly staff and doctor.

Great dentist with a great staff!

Several people have gotten dentures from him and he charges for Adjustments every time they don’t fit. So what are you paying for.? some of the clients he has had say they just don’t use the dentures when they’re eating because they never did fit right. The woman who adjusts the dentures does not appear to have had training in this. She may have a lot of experience, but she does not know how to fit dentures. Sad to say they take advantage of the elderly also in this. Asking always for the bill to be paid when the product isn’t right. Is that right?

This has been my primary dentist for several years now and every single person is always so kind. Katie and Angie were incredibly kind to me today as I called to inquire about a bad experience with the oral surgeon office they referred me to, they acknowledged me in a way I really felt seen and heard and they offered to refer me to a different place and even told me more about my options that I would have never Known, like I can have the x-ray that was taken sent to another office and they offered me advice to wait until my insurance was billed to make any payments and truly the empathy was what was important to me. Even though they couldn’t fix my bad experience with the oral surgeon they helped me understand my options, empathized with my situation, and were very kind!

If I could give 0/5 stars I ABSOLUTELY would. I went there to get teeth cleaned and fillings done to start ortho. Everything got done and braces on. Fast forward to needing to get back into the office for SRP, called for months. No returned calls or responses to voicemail. Called to make appt with another office, the day they called over to get records Dulin finally decided to give me a call back to take care of my balance ( which I’ve tried for months) today I go to my new dental office to find out they half did my fillings which means they need redone, they didn’t throughly even check my mouth and I literally have more work that was clearly visible to them they decided to just ignore or maybe don’t actually know their jobs. As a prior dental assistant it took one glance for me to look at my X-rays today to see what they missed and what chop job they had done. Absolutely terrible. And they want to keep calling me to pay my balance. No absolutely not. I called so many times and now that I see the absolute nightmare they’ve created for me and all I need redone which is going to cost me yet again, they can go ahead and eat my unpaid balance. Poor excuse of an office.

What an excellent experience! Today was my first visit to Dulin Family Dentistry after getting new insurance. I had to be seen for a very loose molar. I'm afraid of the dentist in general and was sweating before I even walked in the door. So very anxious. But for NO reason! From the friendly front desk staff, to the Dental Assistant, to Dr. Dulin himself, the entire experience was excellent. They listened to me, soothed me, and provided excellent service! Now, I can't wait to go back for my cleaning! I'll update after that appointment.
