Dunn Dental Group is located at Suite 620, 1712 I Street Northwest in Washington DC — occupying a suite in the same building as DC Perio and Implants (Suite 202, ID 3055), DC Precision Dentistry (Suite 710, ID 3056), Eye Street Dental Center (Suite 812, ID 3082), Helig Alan DDS (Suite 1010, ID 3092), and Capital Dental Center with Dr. Kiarash Saba (Suite 1000, ID 3036). The 1712 I Street NW building is one of DC's most concentrated dental buildings, with a full spectrum of dental care available across six listed practices in the same Farragut Square address.
The Dunn Dental Group name signals a group practice structure — multiple providers operating under a shared name — which provides scheduling flexibility and combined clinical capacity beyond what a solo practitioner can offer. In the dense professional environment of DC's Farragut Square, a dental group at this address serves the high-volume patient base of the K Street and I Street professional corridors, where attorneys, lobbyists, government contractors, and federal agency employees fill the surrounding office towers.
General dental care at Dunn Dental Group covers the comprehensive scope that a professional district practice needs: preventive examinations, professional cleanings, restorative treatments, diagnostic imaging, and management of the dental conditions that working-age professional patients present. The group model allows the practice to maintain longer operating hours and more scheduling slots than a solo practitioner at the same address.
Suite 620 at 1712 I Street NW is accessible from the Farragut North and Farragut West Metro stations and the surrounding downtown DC street network. For downtown DC professionals who want a group dental practice with scheduling flexibility in a building that houses multiple dental specialists and general practices, Dunn Dental Group at Suite 620 provides accessible general care within the 1712 I Street NW dental hub.

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Dunn’s office for over a decade, and the consistency in quality has been impressive. The team is incredibly thorough and uses modern, up-to-date technology to deliver top-tier care. They also take the time to clearly explain any issues and walk you through your treatment options, so you always feel informed and confident in your decisions.
Dr Dunn and her staff are the best in the country. Don’t look any further for amazing dentistry and lovely people
Really love going to Dr. Dunn and seeing Kayla one of the hygienists there. Such a great team all around! Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend this practice. I was a long-time patient and finally left. I began seeing Dr. Dunn around 2018 and had only positive experiences initially. But as time went on I began seeing a revolving door of dentists and was increasingly pressured to buy unnecessary treatments and cosmetic procedures, all while the annual treatment prices rose. The final straw for me was when I was given an estimate for $3k worth of dental work I knew I did not need, with excessive follow ups from reception to come in to get it done. I finally switched to see my husband’s dentist and was in and out in an hour and paid $250, before insurance, for an exam, excellent cleaning, and xrays—with no cavities. I regret not leaving sooner.
Mostly good dental care, but always selling unnecessary products/services, poor billing practices, and uninformed care at times. Look elsewhere if you are looking for quality and personal dental services. It is a friendly office, but a revolving door of staff and dentists. For over two years, I never saw the same person twice. Dr. Dunn was my dentist, but I was passed along to several others over the years—without my knowledge. After I left Dr. Dunn’s care, the quality of care plummeted. Dentists were always pushing—not offering or recommending—Invisalign and other premium products. At my final appointment, my dentist arrived to my appointment 30 minutes late. He spent 20 of those minutes aggressively selling Invisalign to the patient next to me. He stopped selling when she said she was not interested and left the appointment. Billing was not transparent and patient pays the full cost up front at time of treatment, without regard to insurance coverage. Treatment plans were either not sufficiently explained or not explained at all to patients. Dentists are unprepared for patient visits. At my final visit, the dentist had not reviewed my file. Did not know the reason for my appointment. Introduced himself to me, despite insisting I return for a follow up at our last meeting. He started to treat me before reviewing my file or reason from visit. I had to stop him from giving me an uncovered second cleaning. Wild!
Dr. Dunn and her team are great. I've gone to Dunn Dental for about two years and I've had them do regular cleanings, replace crowns that previous dentists hadn't inserted correctly, and fill cavities (yes, my mouth is extra). Super friendly and professional staff - they are always willing to explain the science behind why they need to do what they need to do. Dr. Dunn herself has an excellent bedside manner also. Their billing staff is also always willing to explain something to me in clear terms. In pre-covid times, there is a therapy dog! In covid times, the precautions are top notch - each patient is sealed in their own area AND they have special air filters in each room. I felt very comfortable. Overall, I am very happy to have gone to Dunn Dental and hopefully I can stay with them for a long time.
