Dunn Orthodontics is the BEST!

I had such a nice experience getting my teeth straightened with Dunn ortho. I had to complete ortho before finishing an implant and my smile had finally come together beautifully. They juggled the complicated care excellently. Definitely recommend.

Great experience very pleased with staff and results

I have been a patient here for 18 months or so for my braces treatment and they are great! I’ve been to two other orthodontists before Dunn and hands down Dunn orthodontists is the best 10/10 highly recommend. They are very caring, understanding of your needs/wants regarding your teeth, and very accommodating. My braces got taken off today and my teeth feel and look great!

I was a patient for 10 years without any issues. Then one day one of the nurses (Samantha) was rude to me during my visit and prevented me from getting the treatment I needed. She had an attitude with me that was unnecessary. I brought up the complaint to the office manager (Nicole). The office manager dismissed my complaint, she tried defending the nurse and didn’t even bother to ask my side of the story. I understand that sometimes employees can go rouge and behave in a way thats not up to the business standards. A simple apology would have been enough for me to let the issue go and forget about it. A simple apology would have been enough to keep my business but unfortunately thats not how it went. If I’ve been a patient for 10 years been paying your business thousands of dollars for braces and then a second round of braces and then multiple 250$ retainers per year you’re going to respect me and if you dont I don’t need to give you my business. Plenty of other Orthos out there If someone from the office replies to this review dont believe them its all fake and for show. When I gave them the chance to discuss the issue they disregarded what I had to say.

Dr. Dunn (both Matthew and Courtney) and the entire team made every visit a great experience they’re always friendly, professional, and really take the time to explain everything. My daughters treatment has been smooth, and I’ve seen amazing results thanks to their attention to detail and care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about their patients and their smiles!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this orthodontic office. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cared about us as people—not just patients. They went above and beyond to help me when my retainer broke, even though they were not the office that originally treated me. Melissa and Karen made time for me, handled everything quickly, and helped relieve anxiety. All of this with a busy schedule and a smile on their face. On top of that, this office gave my daughter an absolutely amazing experience throughout her full orthodontic treatment. They made her feel comfortable, confident, and excited every step of the way. The care, patience, and encouragement they showed her meant the world to me as a parent. It’s rare to find a medical office that combines such high-quality care with warmth, efficiency, and true kindness—but this team does exactly that. We are beyond grateful and would recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontic office that truly goes the extra mile while delivering beautiful smiles.

This place is absolutely amazing. Both the front and back office staff are so warm and friendly. My son just got his braces taken off and his results are amazing. So glad we decided to come to Dunn.
