My dentist of 15 years retired, and I went to a couple dentists without being satisfied. Until my colleagues referred me to Dr. Banks’s office. I think I found my new dentist for long years to come. Great service. Sophia and Sheila did my cleanings and they are top notch and super friendly and careful. Dr. Banks is really friendly and transparent about things. The front office ladies are the best, super efficient! Great place to go.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Banks and his entire team. The office staff is consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful from the moment you walk in. The space itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and genuinely comfortable, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who has very high dental anxiety. Dr. Banks and his team are remarkably accommodating. They never rush, they explain everything clearly, and they go out of their way to make each visit as stress‑free as possible. Their kindness and professionalism have made an experience I usually dread feel manageable — even pleasant. I’m truly grateful for the care they provide.

I had an excellent experience here (and I hate going to the dentist, so it’s difficult for a dental experience to be excellent in my book). Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienists to the doctor, were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. They put my anxious self at ease and made the visit painless (literally). I usually only visit doctors within my insurance network but I wanted a better experience rather than a cheap one, and I sold on the good reviews for DuPont Dental. People aren’t lying! This was a five-star experience.

Dr. Banks and his entire team were amazing from start to finish! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable and at ease the from the second I walked in the door to the moment I left. Dr. Banks took the time to explain everything and was honest enough to recommend not doing something I originally wanted because he didn’t think it was necessary. I really appreciate a doctor who puts your best interest first instead of just saying yes. The cleaning itself was seriously the best I’ve ever had in DC. One thing that really stood out to me was every single person in the office had a beautiful smile and teeth! It might sound funny but it gave me so much confidence that I was in the right place. The space is also very pretty and doesn’t feel like an uptight steril doctors office. I highly recommend Dr. Banks and his team! 💖

I really enjoy each visit. The front desk admins are truly the nicest human beings. The dental hygienist is so easy to converse with and Dr. Banks is a rockstar - highly recommend.

I still hate going to the dentist but these guys still make it easy, everyone in this office is amazing, from the front desk to the hygienist to Doctor Banks. The office is super comfortable, they check in with me continuously as they clean my teeth, it’s so much better than I think it will be. I love my dentist!
