Dynamic Dental

We switched to dynamic dental when our original provider want able to extract an infected tooth for a matter of weeks. The staff made transferring care extremely easy. They got us in for an urgent extraction within just 2 days of my original call. The staff was professional, courteous, informative, and took excellent care of my very nervous husband. The facility is clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. A very calming environment. We will be transferring all of our family's future care to Dynamic Dental going forward.

It was our first time here, Dr.Montalvo was great with my mother. The patient care was top notch, she provided a thorough and clear breakdown for my her. Highly recommended!

Everyone is wonderful. Today I had a deep cleaning on the left side of my mouth with Nina. Nina is kind, sweet, gentle, and funny. As a senior I appreciate the special attention that I'm given by everyone there. But today it was all about Nina. Thank you Dynamic Dental for always taking such good care of me.

I just wanted to give another review for a Dental practice that has forced me to create good habits for oral health, and I love how they give back to their customers in various ways, and have been that way for several years, and I appreciate that about them. They really do seem like a family.

I feel very disappointed with this dental office. Dentist did good job on treatment but the admin made so many mistakes and also at this dentist you have to pay upfront insurance portion. I did make couple payments for different claims. I had very hard time to collect money back from the insurance. Admin person made an appointment for me to pick up the check but she didn't show up. She was the one told me to come during certain period of time. Now second claim, I have not received money back yet eventhough, I got the call from insurance that the claim was closed. I emailed but dentist office did not get back to me. This is such a waste of time.

I had been a patient of Dr. Ricardo Andrade since 2014, and after many years of care, I feel compelled to share my experience due to ongoing concerns about communication, preventative guidance, and the level of thoroughness in my treatment. Over time, I often felt that when I raised concerns, they were not clearly addressed. Explanations felt more like being spoken at rather than a clear, collaborative discussion, and I did not consistently receive direct guidance or actionable instruction about my dental health. When I asked follow-up questions or tried to better understand my options, I still did not feel that clear or detailed clarification was provided. In particular, I was not given sufficient preventative education regarding long-term dental work such as crowns and a bridge (abutment-supported bridge), including its expected lifespan, maintenance needs, or alternatives such as implants versus bridges. These are important discussions that I believe patients should receive in order to make fully informed decisions. I experienced pain that radiated from my right nostril down into my cheek and jaw. I raised this concern during multiple visits and asked whether it could be dental-related. I was told everything appeared normal, but I did not feel a thorough examination was conducted to properly rule out infection or underlying issues. Eventually, my bridge came off, and it was discovered that there was significant decay underneath. I am deeply disappointed, as I believe earlier and more thorough evaluation may have identified the issue sooner. During this period, I was also dealing with other unrelated healthcare issues. Because I did not feel fully heard in my concerns at the time, I began seeing Dr. Ricardo Andrade’s wife, Dr. Denisse Montalvo for care instead, as I felt more understood, heard and better guided in that setting. Ultimately, I did transition to another dentist for my ongoing care. After nearly a decade of being a patient, my main concern is the lack of preventative communication, clarity in patient education, and thorough follow-up when symptoms were reported. I am sharing this review with disappointment, as I had hoped for a more attentive and informative standard of care.

This Carla ~ Dick’s wife. After nearly 3 yrs of being a part of the Dynamic Dental family, I thought it was time to share our experience with this incredible dental group. For 4 years after our family dentist retired in 2019, we tried different offices with no success. Finally….in June 2023, Dick found Dynamic Dental and we gave it a try. It wasn’t long before Dr. Andrade, his beautiful wife Dr. Montalvo and their wonderful staff literally stole our hearts. Who really likes to go to the dentist…..seriously. It isn’t on anyone’s top ten ‘favorite things to do.’ But when you find an office with such professional doctors and staff that make you feel so welcome, safe and comfortable ~ well, that is hard to beat. We are very grateful we found Dynamic Dental and pray we will be able to be patients for years to come!

Omg! They are extraordinary! My husband suddenly got tooth pain around 2pm. We went to another dental emergency place , waited an hour, only for us to be told the dentist is not available for us. I called everywhere frantic and finally came upon dynamic dental. It was around 3:30 and they made an exception and say they could see us even though they were going to close at 5. Let me tell you, they were so nice!! From the front staff to the back staff to the doctor, they were amazing! They got us in fast and orderly. They made the process so nice and easy. My husband has dental anxiety and they made him so comfortable. He was vibing with everyone, even in pain. Dr.Andrade is so nice and professional. He made both of us feel at ease and relaxed. My husband had to get his teeth extracted. My husband said he didn't feel a thing! Dr. Andrade made him feel so comfortable that he was surprised when it was all over. We didn't have dental insurance and the cost out of pocket for his extractions was super affordable. We got quoted more expensive at plenty of other places . We were super happy that it was affordable! I have my own dentist I go to, but after this appointment, we both decided that this is the place for both of us! Thank you again Dr.Andrade and staff for helping us! We are extremely grateful!

Another successful visit! Might have not been the news I was hoping for but Dr. Andrade is always so nice and caring and gives you all the options with all the pros and cons. The staff is always super sweet and helpful as well.
