Been coming to EP Denistry since 2014 and both my kiddos love it here. Office is always clean, all staff are friendly and awesome, dentists are AMAZING, very thorough! Highly recommend for all ages!
Had the best experience getting my teeth looked at. All staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Crystal gave me great tips on ways to brush better and things I could work on! Very thankful.
My daughter Ivy and my son Logan were very nervous and anxious about their dental visit, but Dr. Wu completely changed that experience for them. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly sweet, soft-spoken, and patient. She took the time to explain every step in a way my daughter and son could understand, which really helped calm their fears. I could actually see my daughter and son relax as the visit went on, and by the end they felt comfortable and at ease with her. Something I honestly didn’t expect at the start. Dr. Wu’s gentle approach and kindness made all the difference. We’re so grateful to have found a dentist who truly cares about her patients, especially children. Highly recommend!
A little over 2 weeks ago my daughter had extractions done by Dr. Cook and his assistant Maria. They were both amazing! They helped keep my daughter calm during the procedure and were very kind and patient. Prior to the procedure, we saw Dr. Wu and we were so grateful we were able to be seen by her, she was also wonderful! Thank you to everyone at the Dyer office, we are so happy we switched from the west!
10/10 experience. Both the day of my cleaning with Dr Wu and the day I got treatment done w/ Dr. Miranda were such easy and smooth appts. Ms Helen was lovely and careful both times, hilarious girl. Marissa was very patient and sweet! The ladies at the front, Marty and Marisol were kind and informative. Def will recommend to my peers. :)
I brought my 2 boys for their 6 month checkup, we had the appointment at 3:30, we were here at 3:25, the check in was fast and they called us in right on time too!! The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly, they make you feel very welcome! Definitely had the best experience. My 2 kids had they're teeth cleaned and checked, the whole procedure took approximately 30 min, in and out. I highly recommend this dentistry for all your kids 20 yrs and under. (Thats the max.age they work with)
