I've been going to East Baltimore medical center. All my life and Dr. Smith is the worst doctor their she need to be fired immediately. She don't care about your health and every time I went she kept on saying it's CHS because you smoke weed, that's why you're nauseous whole time I switch my doctor just to find out I have breast cancer. She Didn't take anything, I said in consideration about my health. She believed what she wanted to. she's been telling me aint nothing wrong with me. Just cut back on smoking and everyday, I woke up sick and nauseous back-and-forth at the hospital. I definitely would not recommend Dr Smith to anyone.

My experience with this pediatric office has been terrible . While not every staff member is bad, the majority of my interactions have been negative. The staff often come across as rude and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming especially for a place that’s umm supposed to care for children lmao?? It’s a lack of compassion and genuine care.

Today I relived one of the worst days of my life. July 28, 1999 this establishment stole my first daughter from me. My daughters mother was between 36- 38 weeks when we lost our baby she was breech. The week prior to her death we was told she was breech and an attempt turn her around would be done at the next week's appointment well next week was too late. When we arrived there was no heart beat. We were sent to hopkins for a better look still nothing. We had to deliver a still born. We of course had her name already and named her. 26 years later I contacted vital records for her certificate and these evil people put false information they didn't submit the paperwork with her name and I the father on it, unknown was written. This is insane to do people this way and to feel the pain all over again. Not to mention they hid the records in 1999 so the attorney wouldn't be able to have a case. I never used these people or hopkins again.

I’ve been bringing my children to this center for over 10 years and have always appreciated the care we’ve received—until our recent visit with Dr. Golden. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Dr. Golden displayed a noticeably nasty attitude toward both me and my children. She was pushy, rushed through the entire physical exam, and didn’t make any effort to communicate kindly or professionally. Not once did she smile or attempt to make my kids feel comfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in pediatric care, where compassion and patience should be a priority. After years of trusting this practice, I’m now seriously considering finding a new pediatrician for my children. I hope this issue is addressed so that other families don’t have to feel the same discomfort we did. Sincerely,

Wonderful and friendly services. I have complicated issues. Their team of doctors in conjunction with the rest of my Hopkins team are very effective and efficient.
