aboslutely horrible customer service especially regarding the hispanic lady who always answers the phone. she specifically always had an attitude and can somehow get me scheduled for a crown that hasn’t been approved yet the same day she calls but when i call in excruciating pain she says it’ll take a week just for a exam and rudely hangs up after scheduling me. i’ve gotten many letters stating my insurance has denied these things yet this office pushes that they accepted it. and then leave voicemails to schedule me for payments of a procedure i’m not getting. let’s also not forgot telling me i need root canals left and right just for money when that’s simply a temporary solution. i wouldn’t be in pain if they had just pulled like i asked. this place needs some serious investigation regarding pricing and the customer service especially/ HIPPA at the phone. AND TO ADD: they will convince you to get a root canal for a tooth that’s decaying and unsaveable deemed by another dentist doctor. they just want your money and for you to get out if u don’t give what they want. i needed my tooth pulled and instead they gave me a referral with my name spelled wrong and my birthday saying i was born this year, telling me to go to that place same day when it would’ve taken weeks. they just want u out if u don’t get what they want u to. that doctor (not sure her name all i know is indian decent) is rough and extremely rude when it comes to YOUR BODY. she wants to make the choice , not you.

Stobed doctor and no understanding work I heat this dentist and doctor

I went in today for a filling. It seemed as though the dentist was rushing the procedure so she could hurry and make it to her lunch at 12:00. My teeth are off balance now and I can’t chew on the side of my mouth where she did the fillings. I will not be going back to this dental office. I have to find another dentist who takes their time and pays attention to detail so I can get this corrected.

Had a horrible experience here, my daughters appointment was at 8am and when I showed up Dr was extremely rude and told me they can’t do the treatment my daughter needed until 12pm due to them not having time when I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AT 8AM????? Okay, I came back at 12pm like they told me and we were in the waiting room until 3pm. How are you going to confirm my appointment at 8am and then tell me to come back at 12pm AND THEN MAKE ME WAIT 3 MORE HOURS???? You not scheduling your patients correctly is not my problem. They never checked in on us to explain what was taking so long and on top of that they didn’t want me in the room with my daughter and the Dr told the assistant to get me out of the room when my daughter wanted me in there. Please just stay away from this establishment, this office is a red flag!!!!! This is how our kids get dental trauma.

I had my first appt scheduled at 9am yesterday. I showed up a few mins early. All the employees including the dentist pulled in the parking lot AT 9AM (the time that they open) Sorry I believe you should be showing up 15 mins early to get everything ready to open, not make the customer wait. Get to the window & she tells me they have been trying to confirm my appt. I said no one has called me, apparently they had my # wrong in the computer. So this was there mistake I drove there & this girl says well u can wait next person should be here in 7 mins if they dont show we can put you in there spot, if they do we will have to reschedule your appt. LIKE WHAT?!?! Because there people put the wrong # in the computer & they couldn't confirm my appt they just put someone else in my spot!! She kept asking if I wanted to reschedule ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I will not return. That's how they treat new patients.

I have been going to this dentist office for the past 10 years, and they have always treated me and my family like family. Dr. Surampudi is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. My procedure was quick, completely painless, and she made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. Her assistant Kimberly was amazing as well. She was extremely helpful during the procedure, very informative, and provided some of the best customer service a patient could ask for. Every question I had was answered, and she made me feel completely at ease. I also want to recognize Alicia, who has helped me during previous visits. She has always been awesome, very kind, professional, and informative every single time I’ve seen her. The office manager, Latisha, is like family at this point. Over the years she has always been so kind, sweet, and professional with me and my family. People like her are the reason patients keep coming back. And to the hygienist whose name I unfortunately forgot — you are truly one of the sweetest people in the world. I could sit and chat with you all day! You made my visit even better with your kindness and personality. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to keep their smile together. This dental office truly treats you like family, and the level of care and professionalism is unmatched.

I’ve been a patient of this office on and off for a few years, initially coming in based on a recommendation from my Mom. After my 2nd visit years ago, I stopped coming due to a very inconvenient experience where I was asked to leave and return an hour later because the office was behind schedule, which didn’t work with my day. Recently, after moving back to the area, I decided to give this office another chance. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been just as disappointing. At my first appointment, I was called back on time but then sat for over 40 minutes without being seen or even checked on. I ultimately had to leave to return to work, as I had already taken an extended lunch break to attend. I was rescheduled and assured the next visit would be quicker. At the follow-up appointment, I was called back about 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The hygienist mentioned the dentist would be in shortly, but no dentist ever came. The hygienist was in and out of the room, and after waiting another 40 minutes with no progress, I decided to leave. This time, I had taken off of work specifically for the appointment, which made the situation even more frustrating. As someone who relies on Uber for transportation, this has also resulted in unnecessary expenses getting to and from appointments that ultimately went nowhere! That’s now 2 separate visits where my time and money were wasted. What made the experience even more confusing was seeing multiple staff members gathered at the front while patients were left waiting. From a patient perspective, the office appears disorganized, and there seems to be a lack of coordination between staff and scheduling. Also, the overall condition of the office stood out. The room that I was in had visible dust, and some of the equipment appeared outdated or in poor condition. The staff members I encountered were polite, but that alone doesn’t make up for the lack of actual care and efficiency. It’s disappointing because finding a dental office that accepts my insurance and provides reliable care has been challenging. I gave this office another chance, hoping things had improved, but unfortunately, it seems that nothing has changed from a few years ago to now.

I’ve been to this office 11 times now, and the experience is consistently incredible. Going to the dentist can be stressful. Many people including myself put off going out of fear but this team makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease during every single visit. A huge shoutout to Aryannah, Kimberly, and Latisha! They are such an inviting and friendly group of professionals. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave and after the first couple visits I began looking forward to seeing these three! Took my daughter in for her appointment I told the dental assistant not to administer anything to my daughter until I spoke with the doctor. The dental assistant ignored my wishes and administered gas to my daughter without my permission and without my written consent. I literally had the consent papers still in my hands because I told her I would not turn them in until after I spoke to the doctor first

I had a great experience at this dental office, thanks to Kyaja at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful on the phone when setting up my appointment, answering all my questions and making the process super smooth. When I arrived, she was just as welcoming and efficient & made me feel at ease despite my anxiety about the appointment. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience much more enjoyable. I'm looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be recommending this office to friends and family.

Im not a fan of going to the dentist at all any dentist for that matter. I was nervous at first but Kimberly and Aryannah made me feel so comfortable. They're very sweet and answered my questions with ease. Always smiling and very welcoming. It's always a pleasure to receive great customer service and that's exactly what they provided me with‼️‼️

Although the waiting room could use an update such as the chairs moved off of the walls, some throw rugs, a center table and some paint....don't judge based off of this. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, waits are minimal if at all, appointments are easy to schedule, even for next day procedures many times and you won't get charged an abundance in overhead here. As mentioned previously, all staff from the front desk to the dentist/Oral surgeon are fantastic and work quickly but comfortably and professionally. They also accept most Medicaid plans which is a HUGE plus for many
