Dr. Kostal is the greatest. I’ve been going to him for over 4 years for all kinds of dental care. His service is truly white-glove, not in a pretentious way, but in the level of detail, care, and end result. But my Invisalign treatment took it even further. The process involves so many details and he was completely on top of every single one, walking me through everything with such knowledge and care that I now have a brand new smile I’m obsessed with. Don’t settle for places that just hand you random trays with no follow-up. There aren’t many healthcare professionals out there with his dedication and genuine care for patients.

Great experience at East Loop Dental. Did cleaning and X-rays, quick in and out. Staff was super calm and clear, no pressure. Clean office in the Loop, easy walk from work. Will be back.

I had a really positive experience here after several not so positive ones elsewhere in the Chicago area. The staff are all very helpful and make you feel taken care of, especially my dental assistant Vanessa who was so sweet and kind. Pricing is transparent when you ask about things and it’s also a convenient location.

Dr.Kostal is an incredible dentist but most importantly a great person. He actually cares about the patients’s well being vs how much he can bill you or your insurance. I currently live in Tampa,Fl and fly up every 6 months for my semi-annual visits. That should say alot.

I was very happy with my recent visit -- the dental hygienist was courteous, thorough and gave great advice on better oral care (especially how to reach my molars when brushing). Highly recommended!

Just like all of the other reviews, I feel so lucky to have found East Loop Dental and more specifically Dr. Kostal's expertise. The office is always spotless, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have been super accommodating with last-minute appointments. I used to hate going to the dentist, but with all of my appointments being totally pain-free experiences (ranging from fillings to a wisdom tooth extraction!) I actually stay up to date on my appointments. Dr. Kostal is always on top of new state-of-the-art dental techniques and technology, and is happy to explain anything and everything going on with procedures.

Best dentist and dental office I've ever had across the nine states I've lived in! My kids and I never had it so good. Great communication that helps me take my dental hygiene further and even better care from the team in office. They now see our entire family.

I absolutely LOVED my experience! I went in for a bi-annual check and cleaning. The dentist took his time with me and made sure he explained everything he saw on the XRays, possible options I had and severity. I appreciated that he was being thorough while also realistic and not pressuring me into procedures that were not necessary. I especially liked the hygienist’s (Mr Hanna) gentle treatment, as I am very sensitive with my teeth. Would definitely recommend if you are considering a new reliable dentist!

I wish there were MORE stars to give this place. East Loop Dental is by far the most excellent dental office I have ever experienced in my entire life!! The staff and Dr. Mike literally SAVED ME, saved my smile, saved my day, saved everything! I'm on vacation for a few days visiting Chicago and I had a dire dental emergency happen to me at 3am. The next morning I called around 930 and they told me they had a cancelation at 10 am and to come in. I RAN there. Dr. Mike was actually the person who answered the phone when I called and he was so comforting and helpful even on the phone!! When I went in, Dr. Mike and his staff took me in right away. The meticulous way Dr. Mike performs as a dentist is HEAVEN SENT. He gives you all available options and is absolutely NOT looking to get more money out of you. He is SUPER knowledgeable of dentistry and treats it like an art.... it's fascinating! Dr. Mike went above and beyond what any dentist would do, not only to make me feel comfortable, but to also make sure my smile looked as genuine and perfect as possible. I cannot thank Dr. Mike and his staff for what they did for me and for being the nicest people I have ever met at any dental office. Dr. Mike is the absolute best!!!!
