This has been my favorite dentistry spot for many years. Fabulous group of people here—friendly, professional—especially sienna, who seems to work a miracle every time I come in, despite my bad habits.

I feel in love with East Nashville Aesthetic & Implant at the first visit. Professional, prompt & fast service. However, I was scheduled for an implant and was told that I had to pay upfront for the service (which made me a little leery) but I did it anyway. I went in for the procedure. Everything went well and seemed well. Once I got home to look and see the work that was done I'm a little concerned about the aesthetics of the tooth. I called about my concerns and was told I would receive a call back.... I'm still waiting for my call.

Great staff. Their website isn't up to date, the website shows 2 male dentists but when I went, the entire staff including the dentist were female. Super welcoming, empathetic and compassionate staff. I have a blood disorder and avoid surgery as much as I can so I have all my 4 wisdom teeth. I found a cavity in one of them and the dentist was great about working with me to fill it versus pushing me to get it removed. Tristan is my hygienist and she's absolutely amazing and takes pride in her work and will take care of you like you're family.

Great service from time in to time out. I had an emergency situation with a broken tooth, they were able to squeeze us in and get us taken care of. My child was comfortable the entire time, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive and thoughtful. We will absolutely be back and continue to recommend them to anyone looking for dentistry work.

I had been searching for a new dentist and they were one I was considering due to location and offering sedation. I typically suffer from choice paralysis, but I broke a tooth around 11pm last night and finally decided I'd call them first thing in the morning. They were able to get me in the same day for a temporary crown, and they even called me a few hours after I made the initial appointment to see if I was able to come earlier (I'm assuming due to a cancellation). It was easy to find, in East Nashville, near Fat Belly Pretzel and Nashville Biscuit House-- so you can even grab something to eat at a local spot after your appointment. Parking was a little confusing as I was a first-timer. I learned the lot to the left or side street parking are preferred because the lot behind the building is supposed to be for Nashville Biscuit House only. The vibes inside mostly matched their website with a modern-ish look, neat, clean, and a little retro mid-century modern with the furniture choices. I must say it is a shame they have an assortment of fake plants in the lobby instead of real ones, especially since they have some great windows and natural light. There's a mini fridge with waters and an assortment of tasty sparkling waters, as well as a Keurig for refreshments. From what I paid attention to, I believe the music playing throughout the building was in the vein of "Top 40" or "Today's Hits," more on the pop side. All of the staff was very pleasant and looked happy to be there. Everyone who worked with me was great about explaining things and answering all my questions. They made sure I was comfortable, and invited me to raise my hand if I needed anything/was uncomfortable during the procedure. I got by with the help of a "stress tooth" they offered (stress ball shaped like a tooth that had a cute lil smiley face on it). They offer different types of sedation if you need something more though! There is also a tv suspended from the ceiling so, I'm assuming, you can watch whatever you want to help distract you, too. I noticed it, but no one mentioned anything about it. Dr. Kitsman did my crown; she was calm, collected, down-to-earth, and ensured I was comfortable. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the rest of the staff I experienced, but they were all great! Overall, it was a wonderful, stress-free experience. I think I was in and out in about an hour with my temp. crown. I went ahead and scheduled a cleaning for myself and my partner while I was there since I was so pleased with my emergency visit. If you're in need of a new dentist/have experienced dental trauma elsewhere/have trust issues/etc., I highly recommend you give East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry a chance! They're a small, privately owned office-- and we love to support local, right?! Also, they accept many types of insurance. But no worries if you don't have insurance because they'll work out payment plans with you. TLDR: vibes are immaculate, great experience, just needs live plants.
