Dr. Kafi and Alex were fantastic. My whole experience was excellent. They took me in right on time and explained everything that they were going to do. They checked on my wellbeing many times to make sure I was comfortable. The actual root canal only took about a half hour. I didn’t have any pain following the procedure. Outstanding practice and team of Alex and Dr. Kafi. I was very nervous being my first root canal. They did everything to assure me all would be good. I am extremely difficult to deaden nerves. Dr. Kafi made sure I felt no pain! A+. It is also the cleanest and nicest office I have been in.

I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Kafi and her assistant Alex. This was my first root canal, and I was honestly terrified going in, but the entire team made me feel so welcome and at ease from the start. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the waiting area was clean and very welcoming, it immediately put me at ease. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable. To my surprise, I felt no pain during the procedure or even the day after, it truly doesn’t feel like I had anything done! Dr. Kafi went above and beyond by personally calling me the next day to check in, which meant so much and really shows how much they care about their patients. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I would recommend this office to anyone, ten times over.

I was a bit late to my appointment and everyone involved were still very nice. Both the dentist and assistant were very kind, and talked calmly through everything. They also asked ahead if i even wanted to know what was going to happen, which in my situation i didn’t want to know ahead of time! I messed up and didn’t eat anything before my appointment, so i got a little lightheaded during the appointment and both the dentist and assistant were accommodating and checked on my routinely during the procedure. Overall im extremely happy with how my appointment went and would recommend them to anyone.

My dental procedure, root canal, went very well. Dr. Kafi explained every part of the process and was gentle, concerned how I was fairing throughout the procedure and was very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable. She took her time as though I was the only patient in the office. Alex, her hygienist was so down to earth. She as well explained everything and answered any questions I had. They both had a wonderful rapport with me as a patient.

Dr. Kafi and Alex completed a root canal on me yesterday afternoon. And I keep forgetting because I’ve had literally no pain, swelling or discomfort. They both put me at ease immediately and the whole process was virtually painless (tiny pinch of the first anesthetic). The entire office has a relaxing, zen-like vibe. And my experience from start to finish yesterday (including the person who checked me in/out) was really positive.

Dr Kraut performed my root canal and did a wonderful job. I never had a root canal and was extremely nervous. Dr Kraut assured me I would feel no pain at all during the procedure and he was correct. The procedure for me was completely pain free and effortless. Dr Kraut his medical assistant and the entire team in the office were so so kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr Kraut and his practice to my family and friends.

I had my first root canal end of January by Dr. Kraut and he was incredible. I was truly petrified coming in, but he was so patient and walked me through the entire process. His assistant was just as incredible, I believe she said her name was Crystal. They both continuously checked with me about how I was feeling during the process, while counting down the minutes. The following day I had no swelling, and really not a lot of pain. With advil for just two days after, I was feeling great! Thank you again!
