I had a root canal this morning with Dr. Kafi and Alex and they are so good at doing root canals! I would not go to anyone else to have this done! They are very caring and tell you exactly what they are doing so you have no concerns during the procedure! I would highly recommend them to others! Joan

Would highly recommend! From the front office staff to the doctor who performed my root canal, everyone was kind, helpful, and very efficient. They were also able to get me in sooner than expected, and everything went very smoothly. The doctor was patient and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, which I really appreciated. My dentist had recommended this office to me, and I’m very glad I followed his recommendation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank Dr. Chen enough for saving my tooth. I was told my root canal would be extremely difficult because my canal was severely calcified, and I honestly had very little hope that it could be treated successfully. I’m only 24 years old, and the thought of losing my tooth was devastating. Dr. Chen took on this challenging case and completed the procedure in about 2.5 hours with incredible skill, patience, and precision. She truly made my day and gave me hope when I thought extraction might be my only option. I’m so grateful for her expertise and dedication. Here's my story. I went to a dentist who told me to find an oral surgeon and get the tooth extracted. I switched dentists to one who would try to save my tooth and was referred to East Side Endodontists. From the moment you walk into this practice, the staff is friendly, highly professional and helpful. I saw Dr. Laila Kafi. She and her assistant. Alex made sure I was comfortable to the point where I wondered was this a salon or a dentist office? They were most concerned about whether or not I was in pain right from the moment I walked into the room. Everything about the process is high tech, from the scans they do to the process of root canal. I found the most difficult part was the scans. I had never had scans like they do and it was a bit overwhelming just because it was new. People who have had root canals long ago have bad memories because they were such an ordeal and often very painful. Today it's no more of an ordeal from the patients' perspective than having a tooth filled. Microsurgery is fascinating. The dentist looked through a microscope while she worked and I realized I was at the other end! This way Dr. Kafi was able to save my tooth. I was told to expect some pain and when I left the office I thought I'd need a Tylenol when I got home. but by the time I got home, I had forgotten all about the Tylenol. The only discomfort I had was where the needle went in to administer the anesthetic. I have had far worse discomfort with an extraction. If you need a root canal go to East Side Endodontists. They'll take good care of you!

They are very nice here. I had a root canal done and felt no pain throughout the procedure. My wife was waiting for ne and was amazed how short of a wait, Maybe 35 minutes. The doctor was very kind explaining, while he worked on my tooth. So each step I knew what was going on. This was definitely one of the easiest procedures I have experienced.

I had a great experience at East Side Endodontics. The staff was welcoming professional and friendly the moment i walked thru the door. Finances were discussed before treatment so I knew what my responsibility was. Office beautiful location and is very clean and simple . Dr Kraut is a master at his profession helped me feel at ease ,never hesitated to answer any questions and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it .His skills giving local anesthesia were top notch ! Kristen his dental assistant was also equally professional and kind. They had a good repore with each other that made a smoother visit for patient . I highly recommend this office for a great root canal experience.

Everyone was professional, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The procedure was virtually painless, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Kafi and Alex were fantastic. My whole experience was excellent. They took me in right on time and explained everything that they were going to do. They checked on my wellbeing many times to make sure I was comfortable. The actual root canal only took about a half hour. I didn’t have any pain following the procedure. Outstanding practice and team of Alex and Dr. Kafi. I was very nervous being my first root canal. They did everything to assure me all would be good. I am extremely difficult to deaden nerves. Dr. Kafi made sure I felt no pain! A+. It is also the cleanest and nicest office I have been in.
