I had an excellent experience at the dental office located at 2201 Taylor Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36117. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome and treated me with kindness and respect. Jennifer, the coordinator, was outstanding. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, including my treatment plan, what to expect, and all of the financial information and expenses. She answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. Kayla, the dental assistant, was amazing as well. She explained everything that was happening during my visit, made sure I was comfortable, and assisted me every step of the way. Her professionalism and caring attitude helped me feel relaxed and confident throughout my appointment. Dr. Tatum was excellent. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain my dental needs in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear that he genuinely cared about providing the best care possible. The entire office was clean, professional, and welcoming. The team worked together seamlessly, and I left feeling informed and well taken care of.
