The customer service was wonderful. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful whether via phone or in person.
My boyfriend needed to see an oral surgeon after a weekend issue and everywhere was booked out but East Valley got us in that day. Entire experience was great! Everyone was super friendly and the actual procedure was over in less than 10 minutes. Appointment was at 12 and we were out of there by 12:33. This was such a relief compared to all the trouble and pain he had been experiencing over the weekend. They also gave him a seashell necklace and a take home bag with plenty of gauze and a chapstick. Highly recommend!
Very happy with Dr Engel. He says it like it is and makes no false promises. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to coverages and dealing with insurance. Looking forward to my next visit. (Bet you didn't hear that about a dentist before!)
From start to finish I was extremely impressed. Front office greeted me with a smile and was courteous. I was taken back in a timely manner. Dr Engel, what can I say so kind, thorough, and hooray painless!!! His assistant was professional and answered all my questions and concerns.I highly recommend this office.
After calling around and being met with receptionist that had no interest in helping, I was referred here by a coworker. From the moment I called, the receptionist was so kind and helpful, and that same care carried into my visit. I had three teeth pulled and everything went smoothly with no issues afterward. The front desk staff, insurance coordinator, manager, dentist and assistant were all amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Truly appreciative of such a great experience!
Split an eye tooth, Dr Engel was able to get me in for an emergency extraction. Absolutely no pain in the procedure he worked hard removing the tooth. Now we wait 4 months for bone to grow back and install a post. Dr Engel did a similar procedure back in 2015 and it turned out beautifully. Talented oral surgeon has a great chairside manor, great sense of humor. Staff was wonderful made things very easy and pleasant.
Dr. Engel and staff did an amazing job at removing my wisdom teeth. Made me feel comfortable even when I was nervous for the procedure, definitely recommend!
Just got 3 wisdom teeth pulled faster than it takes me to go to the bathroom. Doc was fast, nice, and professional. Pricing was more than fair. Atmosphere was very comfortable. I'll be coming back soon for the last impacted tooth.
