I waited over an hour in the lobby in the Mesa office for the final prep for a crown. There was absolutely no communication as to why I was waiting - when I finally went up to the receptionist, she just asked if I wanted to make another appointment! No apology - complete disrespect of my time! I certainly would not recommend them! I paid a lot for an implant so to be treated this way is really inexcusable!

I came to this facility with serious periodontal problems. They assessed my condition and came up with a plan of treatments. The results were excellent and after the dental surgery was completed, the dental hygienists took over to make sure the improvements were sustained. I am extremely satisfied with the range of services they provided over the past several years. My health is greatly improved.

This is an excellent practice. I was warmly greeted with a smile and checked in by the receptionist, Sarah called me to the exam room, and took preliminary pictures and notes before Dr. Price came in. He was so very thorough in examining my area of concern, and just as thorough in his findings and explaining everything clearly so I could easily understand my options. Stephanie explained the cost and billing based on insurance and my decisions. All around, this is a well-run practice with excellent practitioners in each of their special fields. I would give ten stars if I could.

I had a great experience at East Valley Periodontics with Dr. Nelson and his team. My implant and bone graft procedure went smoothly, everything was done on time, and I had no infections or complications afterward. The staff was excellent—professional, kind, and very attentive throughout the entire process. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this office for periodontal work.

I have just had the best experience today, and it involved having a tooth extraction. Hard to believe, I know, but if you have such procedure done at East Valley Periodontics, you're likely to have the same results as me. Starting with Elizabeth at the front desk, her welcoming smile put me at ease right away. She was kind, professional and so sweet! Jenice took me back to where my surgery was going to take place. She was so considerate, making sure I was comfortable from the start. Dr. Richards and Shonda came in not long after that and they too were so professional and caring. Dr. Richards made sure I knew this was not supposed to be a painful procedure, that I should let him know if I were in any pain, at any time. What a relief to be treated by such a considerate team! I had ZERO pain or discomfort. I was shocked by how easily everything went. They truly are the A-team! Thank you Dr. Richard's and crew for a wonderful experience. The expression "like pulling teeth" has taken a completely different meaning after today.
