I called and talked to Stacey today and had some unusual questions and concerns. She talked to me so calmly and kindly. She made me feel comfortable and never made me feel rushed. My questions took 17 minutes of her time and it seemed like my call was the only thing on her agenda- even though I am certain she was very busy. This type of service goes such a long way!!
Today I took my grandma in to see Dr. Price for a comprehensive exam. He was accompanied by his assistants, Allyson and Carly. My grandmother is 89yr old with advanced dementia. Appointments at this caliber are not easy without sedatives.Grandma was not sedated. Allyson displayed exemplary skills with guiding my grandmother with her CT scan. Dr. Price and Allyson displayed a meritorious bedside manner that reflected flexibility and empathy awhile remaining inclusive to the treatment plan!! From the first greeting to our checkout process this office was stellar!!
The whole team did amazing in helping me get my wisdom teeth out! I was comfortable the entire time and they explained everything perfectly. Dr Price and his assistants were awesome. I recommend anyone to come here!
All the staff was truly amazing! Every one I spoke to was very kind. They got me in for an emergency and though we didn’t have an immediate fix my mind was truly at ease when I was done. Left very satisfied. Thank you for all you did and they all seemed to care.
I waited over an hour in the lobby in the Mesa office for the final prep for a crown. There was absolutely no communication as to why I was waiting - when I finally went up to the receptionist, she just asked if I wanted to make another appointment! No apology - complete disrespect of my time! I certainly would not recommend them! I paid a lot for an implant so to be treated this way is really inexcusable!
