Dr. Olson, Claudia and Jennifer are excellent, friendly, compassion very professional. Yvette has an attitude I have always had a problem with her since Jackie was there.Both of them threaten me to send me to collections for an outstanding bill I was not responsible for. I'm dealing with the same situation again with a balance of $58.43. I tried to explain to her what the EOB states right away she said no. Yvette called the insurance and told them that I claim I only owe $10. It's not what I claim , but what the insurance says in paper n verbally. If you need more details please feel free to call me. Honestly I'm thinking of looking for another provider just so I won't have to deal with her.

The staff are always courteous and professional. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but at Eastridge clinic they make me feel good. Claudia is a great hygienist.

After more than 20 years as a patient, I can honestly say this office has become one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The quality of care, communication, and professionalism has steadily declined, while the focus seems far more centered on billing and procedures than actual patient care. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on fillings, crowns, and repeated dental work, only to continue having ongoing problems with restorations that should have lasted years longer. Every time something fails, the blame is immediately shifted onto the patient instead of taking accountability or properly addressing the issue. The worst experience was being called “teeth disabled” by a professional in this office an insulting, degrading, and completely unacceptable comment to make toward any patient. As someone with known enamel deficiencies, I expected compassion and real long-term solutions, not humiliation and constant drilling into already weakened teeth. Appointments feel rushed, concerns are dismissed, and clear explanations are rarely given. The front office staff are often unhelpful and seem more interested in ending conversations than assisting patients dealing with pain or failed dental work. Getting access to actual clinical staff can feel nearly impossible. After two decades of loyalty, I expected honesty, professionalism, and genuine concern for my health. Instead, I was made to feel like just another payment on an account. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to think carefully before trusting them with long-term dental care. Not to mention The woman at the front desk with glasses is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in any healthcare office. She has the attitude of a teenager throwing a tantrum anytime a patient asks a question. Instead of being helpful or professional, she gives people dirty looks, acts annoyed that patients even exist, and expects you to somehow read her mind instead of communicating clearly. She also tried charging me for services I never even received during my appointment, which completely destroyed my trust in this office. It honestly feels like she doesn’t even bother reading patient charts or notes before speaking to people. Every interaction feels rushed, dismissive, and hostile. What makes it worse is that she constantly answers questions that should be handled by the doctor or dental assistants, as if she knows everything medically. Then when patients have issues, the only solution is “come in tomorrow,” with zero understanding that people have jobs and responsibilities and can’t just drop everything immediately. The payment situation is ridiculous too. They pressure patients for large upfront payments while offering little real flexibility. For an office charging thousands of dollars, you would expect basic professionalism and decent patient care, but instead patients are treated like inconveniences. I genuinely do not understand how someone with this level of poor customer service is the first person patients see when they walk into the office.

I really like Eastridge Dental. Dr. Laura Olson is awesome, I really like her! I do not know the name of the lady that attended to me yesterday with my Invisalign, but she us great too! So thank you!!

Five stars for Eastridge Dental Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. My cleaning was gentle, thorough, and explained every step along the way. The dentist took the time to answer all my questions, and the office is spotless and inviting. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dental team that actually makes appointments pleasant!

First time at this establishment and the experience was great! Staff are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is clean and peaceful. Technology used is up to date. The dental technician was awesome and very gentle , ensuring my needs were taken into consideration. Dr.Olsen explained everything thoroughly and guided me on my option. I felt she put my best interest first and foremost. I will definitely go back to this office for my dental needs.
