This was my first visit; I came in for a second opinion. From Receptionist (Emily) to Dental Assistant (Ashley), to Dentist (Dr. Anderson), everyone was uber friendly and professional and personal (look you in the eye/smile). I felt like they cared about my situation and also would remember me the next time I come in for care. The dentist was compassionate and very knowledgeable and caught some things I have been dealing with for 3 years that my other dentist missed. Wish I could say they are reasonably-priced, but none of them are. But here, I believe, I'm going to get what I'm paying for AND be happy to drive the 2+ hours it takes to get there from my home.
I'm an orthodontist in New Mexico with a cousin in the Portland area. When he had dental concerns, I referred him here and the team took care of him beautifully. I've been listening to Dr Anderson give talks annually for the past eight years and have gleaned so much. He's also one of the most genuinely kind people I've ever known. The best dental office I've ever been to. From the staff to Dr. Killian they're really about as perfect as can be. Gentle, friendly, effective and good with insurance. I couldn't recommend them enough.
I have been seeing Dr. Killian for many years and during the past year I have some major restorative work performed. Just like all of my other visits the entire staff have been focused on my comfort while performing quality dental procedures. Recently I have received multiple dental implants that are amazing. There is never any pressure, and they do not try to upsell unnecessary services—something I truly appreciate. Sarah has been cleaning my teeth since the very beginning and does an outstanding job every single time. Dr. Killian and Dr. Anderson are two of the kindest individuals I have ever met. They always take the time to chat, never seem rushed, and consistently provide excellent care when addressing any dental issues I may have. We have been with Eastside for over 15 years. They are just the best! The office is super clean, staff is like family, and doctors are very friendly, professional, and quick. My kids have been going since they were 3 years old and they love going to the dentist! Both doctors are soooo good with kids. I continue to be impressed with such great customer service we get there.
