Dr. Buzz has been our daughter's pediatric dentist for the past six years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding care he and his team have provided. Every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Buzz is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful way of making children feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every child who walks through the door. Thanks to Dr. Buzz, our daughter has always felt confident going to the dentist, which speaks volumes about the environment they've created. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist who truly cares about your child's comfort and dental health, I highly recommend Dr. Buzz. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our daughter's smile!

My daughter, who has complex disabilities came in for a cleaning. It started off good and the front desk and everything went down hill from there. The woman who was performing the Xray, failed to realize that the sensor came off of the hard plastic and my daughter's mouth started to bleed because she wasn't biting the sensor but the hard plastic. Coming back to the room, she was going to turn a movie on but got told no. This would've helped a lot by the way. Time for the cleaning the woman was okay during it. Then the dentist came in. His voice stayed raised. He had asked if my daughter would keep her mouth opened. I responded with that she can be stubborn. He raised his voice louder, walked to the door and said I have no time for stubbornness. For him to look at my daughter's teeth, he forcefully turn her head so hard that her head hit the other side of her chair. My daughter did end up biting him. He yelled at the woman three times to hold her bottom jaw opened. It looked like torture. Her mouth stayed bleeding and her lip is cut up. It looks awful. At some point my other daughter asked the woman how long she had been in the office. Her response shocked me. She said that it was her first day interviewing. Who allows someone to be left alone while cleaning a child's teeth when it's supposed to be an interview. It was unprofessional and unsafe. My daughter had been coming here for years. Because of this experience, we will not be coming back and will be finding a different dentistry

Great experience from the first phone call setting up the appointment to walking out the door at the consultation. Very friendly staff all around! My son enjoyed playing games while waiting on his appointment. He was so comfortable he laid down in the dentist chair on his own without fussing with anyone. That is highly unusual for him. I am so impressed with this place and All of the staff! Right away we received a treatment plan for dental care. I highly recommend and definitely will be returning with my son!

Great dentist and staff. They explained everything to me well and answered my questions and Dr pardue was so good with my 6 year old. She's special needs and has dental issues and he was so kind and gentle with her and gave me steps I could take to help her permanent teeth when they come in and how to save the others. Overall the best dentist experience I've had out of all 4 kids of mine.
