Lost a crown over the weekend. Dr. Dickey got me in and took care of the problem. Excellent service!
Fun personable staff. On site crowns, get it all done in one appointment. Plentiful parking right outside the entrance.

I think that they are one of the best dental clinics in the area. I'm always greeted when I come in, they do a good job and are happy to talk with you about whatever is going on with my dental situation & genuinely seem to care. One thing that drives me nuts though is that they when the semi-annual check-ups/cleanings come around they absolutely spam the crap out of me to make sure I get there. A simple message indicating my appointment is coming in a week or two and then a follow-up a day or two before is plenty. The 8 or 10 messages (texts & email) is ridiculous & irksome. 5 stars for the people & dental service, 1 star for the appointment reminder spamming which sadly averages to a 3.
My wife and I have been with the Eden Prairie Dental Care for three years ever since we moved to Minneapolis, and Dr. Dickey is the best dentist I will recommend. My wife had her crown and planted teeth there and myself had some teeth filling, all work perfectly. The staffs are very nice and very professional, we enjoy the dental service there. You know, they even remember my vacation plan when we talked about it half year ago!
Came in for my cleaning, 6 month I believe, and my Dental Hygienist is not only good at her job but she, Mrs. Neng Vang, I hope I spelled that right, is the sweetest lady I have EVER met, PERIOD!!! She is funny, polite, sweet and caring along with being good at her job. I am so happy I found this Dental office and crew.
Dr Dickey is the best dentist I've ever had in my life. Before I saw him I had dental care that was subpar. The first two years were spent correcting all the problems created by my last dentist. My teeth are doing great and Dr Dickey and his staff are the very best. I also had some crowns made and they are beautiful and you would never know they are not my real teeth. I highly, highly recommend visiting Eden Prairie Dental Care if you are looking for a new dentist.
