I am laughing as I write this. This practice hasn't even changed the name here since Dr Crooks retired. Since Dr. Crooks retired I have been rescheduled multiple times. Today I finally went in and had a very specific specific request. I was up front with the technician who walked out and walked back in and denied my request and repeated said "This is what the doctor wants. We are just going to try". Not once did the doctor come in and speak with me. Once I saw that my request was being denied I left. I was not going to allow other people to make medical decisions for me.

I understand due to covid that the wait may take longer then usual, however I don't understand why give you an appt at 8 and not call you back until 925 Front desk attended Ms. Dyesheonna needs to have an better attitude when it comes to customer service. This place is so unprofessional ! How do an 9 o clock appt be serviced before an 8 o clock. I arrived on time and still waited as if I was an walk in.

I had an excellent experience at the Mercy Dental Office. The front office & staff was very welcoming and very well organized. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken on time. I, then, saw the hygienist, Katrina, who was very personable, and very thorough when cleaning my teeth. I did not feel any pain at all when she was brushing and scraping the tartar. She offered many new techniques on brushing & flossing. Dr. Crooks examineded my teeth and advised me that everything looked good. I highly recommend the Mercy Dental Office.

The worst dental office I've been too; They're unprofessional and unorganized the lack or compassion and communication is mind blowing. The week prior they change my son appointment and had the audacity to call me 20 min before the appointment to tell me it's been cancelled. I asked last week if I could change his appointment they say if so he have to wait 3 months for a new appointment and to top it off I was advised someone would reach out before the end of the day to resolve the issue without scheduleding another appointment.

Dr. Crooks is the best! I met him while he cared for my wife through a traumatic dental injury. I’ve gone to him ever since. He can repair teeth that most other dentists would pull. His skills are second to none.

Beware of hidden fees and impolite service! This is by far my worst dental experience. I went to the Mercy location for my preventative cleaning. The staff is impolite, unprofessional, and unaccommodating. They required me to pay a $6.00 fee for dental instruction, which translates to telling me how to brush my teeth, which they did not do, nor did I need since I have been brushing my teeth for over 30 years. I told them I didn't need this service, but they said I had to pay the fee in order to get my teeth cleaned. This is a bogus charge. I believe they just added this as hidden fee to make more money in a unjust way. This dentist has exponentially increased his fees for a cleaning/X-rays from 2015 to 2016 without properly notifying me. Finally, the dentist-patient interaction is poor.
