As soon as I walked in with my daughter we felt very well cared. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and professional, and they made us feel comfortable during our visit. We truly appreciated the excellent care, professionalism and friendly environment. We left feeling grateful and thankful for the amazing care we received. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care!

I have been a patient here for about five years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Recently, I had a root canal and was waiting for my permanent crown to come in. Unfortunately, my temporary crown popped off during a meal the day before my family and I were leaving town for Father's Day weekend. I was worried I would have to spend the entire trip dealing with a missing crown and discomfort. As a last-minute attempt, I stopped by the office early that next morning hoping they might be able to help. I thought they opened at 7:00 a.m., but they actually didn't open until 8:00. Even so, the staff saw me waiting, opened the doors early, brought me inside, and immediately discussed my situation. I was fully expecting to have the temporary crown simply glued back on, but to my surprise, they checked and found that my permanent crown had already arrived. They quickly got me into a chair, fitted the permanent crown, and had everything completed in less than an hour. What could have been a stressful and uncomfortable Father's Day weekend turned into a completely worry-free vacation thanks to their kindness, flexibility, and exceptional patient care. The entire team went above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for taking such great care of your patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that truly puts people first

This is the absolute best dental facility I have been to. The most friendly staff and dentists. Caring, and will tell you the truth about your teeths health. Just love this place. They have top notch technology and care. There is none better than Dr. Jim and his amazing staff.

All the staff was exceptional , very knowledgeable and made you feel like family. Answered all the questions I had and explain everything in detail that anyone would understand about my procedure. Took as much time as I needed to answer questions without feeling rushed. Dr. Eggleston was also so down to earth and made me feel like family and at ease as well. You just don't get this kind of service these days, it's rare ! Dr. Eggleston also took all the time I needed to answer and explain any questions I had. I highly recommend them. Over the years I’d heard about Dr. Eggleston on Kat country but had no need for them. Until it happened….. my front tooth, which was crowned fell out. The horror was real. I checked the user reviews and did not find anything disappointing! That’s very rare. Despite living well over an hour away, I decided this was the place I would go. It was the best decision I’ve made. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there is no under current of any work place hostility or displeasure. It is a comforting atmosphere. Dr E is a wonderful provider. They have done everything possible to make this implant happen smoothly. Very satisfied. And Bianca was a God send - she saw me in some personal distress and quickly took it upon herself to comfort and assist me. All of the front and back office staff have been a delight. Thank you! 🙏. And….. my husband is now a patient there as well. And he hates the dentist.

Excellent dental care! Been going for years now, I always recommend them. Entire staff is friendly, the office itself is like a spa. The chairs are so comfortable. Super clean. Even the restroom is great. The lobby always smells nice too.

Great people! I wish I could be a patient! Even though my credit score is excellent, my income is insufficient to get a loan for implants. I would always come here if I could!

Dr. Eggleston is a good dentist. He gave me new bottom teeth that fixed my smile. I'm so happy with my teeth. Recently I fell and hit my mouth on the side of my truck. I thought I cracked my bridge so I made a appointment. The doctor assured me that everything is still good. He made me feel much better knowing nothing was damaged. Dr. Eggleston is a great place to replace your teeth. The staff are polite and courteous and take time to explain everything to you in layman turns.

After years of avoiding the dentist due to a phobia, I visited Dr. Eggleston's office. The staff was welcoming, and Dr. Eric's appointment went well. I asked about braces and was referred to an orthodontist. Dr. Eric recommended removing a wisdom tooth, which was scheduled for the following week. The procedure took longer than expected, but I remained patient. A week later, I experienced a bad taste and greenish drainage from the site. At the post-op check, I was told everything was fine. However, when I saw Dr. Eric again, I still had drainage, and he claimed all was well. It wasn't until I saw the periodontist that I was diagnosed with an infection. I was frustrated since I knew something was wrong, but Dr. Eric seemed annoyed. He eventually acknowledged the issue and administered antibiotics. When I mentioned the orthodontist, he made a derogatory comment about my jaw growth. I was shocked and ashamed. A week later, I developed an abscess. I would not recommend Dr. Eric.
