About Einstein Dental Medicine

Einstein Dental Medicine provides general dental services to patients in the Germantown and surrounding Northwest Philadelphia communities from its office at 2 Penn Blvd, Suite 216, Philadelphia, PA 19144. The Penn Boulevard address in the 19144 zip code places the practice within the Einstein Medical Center campus area, part of the Jefferson Einstein healthcare system serving the Germantown, Logan, and Olney communities of North Philadelphia.

The practice delivers general dental care within the broader context of the Einstein healthcare network, making dental services accessible to patients who may be receiving other medical care through the same system. Comprehensive oral examinations evaluate tooth structure, gum tissue health, bite alignment, and the condition of any existing restorations, providing the clinical baseline from which treatment is planned and monitored over time.

Professional cleanings remove the calculus deposits that accumulate on tooth surfaces and below the gumline between patient visits, reducing the risk of gum disease progression and cavity formation. When restorative treatment is needed, Einstein Dental Medicine provides appropriate restorative interventions — composite fillings for straightforward cavity treatment and crowns for teeth requiring more comprehensive restoration. The practice's connection to the broader Einstein healthcare network facilitates care coordination for patients with systemic conditions that have oral health implications.

Penn Boulevard in the 19144 zip code is served by SEPTA bus routes connecting the practice to the broader Germantown and North Philadelphia transit network. The Einstein Medical Center campus provides parking for patients arriving by car. Einstein Dental Medicine is a clinically connected dental resource for patients in Germantown and surrounding Northwest Philadelphia communities who value the coordination of dental care within the Jefferson Einstein healthcare system.

I went there because they scheduled my daughter I have the confirmation text I drove 1 hour for them to tell me that they don’t have me in the appointment.they never call me back to reschedule and also call to talk to the manager and nothing after 2 weeks. Don’t go there and waste your time.

Don't waste your time or your money! Not even your insurance money! They will start work and then ghost you. Then tell you that there's nothing they can do for you after repeatedly calling and asking when your next appointment is. They know they have this problem and still allowed to go on. The amount of lawsuits that will be racking up against this place is ridiculous

I have the worst pain in my tooth and these people have put me on a WAITLIST FOR MONTHS. It's always that one lady that answers the phone (only when she feels like it) and you can tell she doesn't know anything that's going on in that place. I asked her a few questions and she says "ion know." This place is so ghetto and unprofessional. I keep calling for updates and they never pick up the phone. I have never got a chance to visit the place and I don't plan on going EVER!

The entire department is failing, and it deserves to be defunded. Patients wait 20 plus minutes past their appointment times, but if you're even two minutes late, they cancel your visit. This is unacceptable.. It can be incredibly frustrating when patient advocates don't return your calls. It makes you wonder if they're just unresponsive employees, perhaps an elderly woman working from home and dozing off instead of providing the support we need.
