Dr. Morse is a Platinum Plus Invisalign provider, a volume tier, and clear aligner therapy sits alongside the practice's cosmetic work rather than being treated as a separate department. Whitening, bonding and ceramic restorations round out that side. The office also runs CEREC, designing and milling a crown in-house so a broken or heavily filled tooth can often be restored in one appointment instead of two. Botox is offered both cosmetically and for TMJ-related muscle pain, which pairs sensibly with a practice that sees a lot of clenchers. Routine exams and hygiene remain part of the mix; this is a general practice with a cosmetic and aligner emphasis, not a boutique that only does veneers.
The studio occupies Suite 401 at 10840 Little Patuxent Parkway, in the Wilde Lake area near Columbia Town Center, walkable from the surrounding office buildings and a short drive from Harper's Choice, Dorsey's Search and Oakland Mills. Read the schedule before you call: Monday and Tuesday run 8am to 5pm, Wednesday is shorter at 9am to 4pm, and Thursday runs 1pm to 6pm, which is the slot to request if mornings are impossible. There is no weekend clinic, so multi-visit restorative work needs planning around a four-day week.
A straight answer on aligners. Invisalign handles crowding, spacing and mild to moderate bite problems well, and results depend almost entirely on wear time, roughly 20 to 22 hours a day, every day. Cases involving significant skeletal discrepancy or severe rotations may still be better served by fixed braces, and a proper consultation should tell you which category you fall into rather than promising aligners for everything. Whitening is enamel-deep only. A CEREC crown, a bonded veneer, the composite in an old repair — none of them react to peroxide, and each holds the shade it was made to, so on a smile that already carries visible restorations the order matters: lighten the natural teeth first, then remake the work that no longer agrees with them.

Dr. Morse is such a kind and caring human and a skilled dentist. The staff and Dr. Joel-Morse are exceptional. Staff is responsive to phone calls and texts. Procedures are explained well so you are properly prepared. You are always greeted by your name as you walk in the door.
The entire team is amazing at every visit! They handle "Ms. Dental Panic Disorder" (yours truly) calmly and with great understanding. I feel safe and cared for, even when my brain tries to tell me this is scary. If you are just a regular patient, trust me, you will be sure to love Dr. Joel-Morse, her hygienists, and everyone in the office.
The staff are very friendly and professional. The office is very modern. They made a night guard for me on the spot and it has been a Godsend. I may need crown(s) and they have a machine to make crowns at their facility. That means not waiting a month and going for another visit which is amazing.
