El Paso Family Orthodontics provides orthodontic treatment for patients of all ages from its practice on Cromo Drive in Northwest El Paso. The practice specializes in the correction of misaligned teeth and improper bites, offering evaluation and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults seeking straighter smiles and better functional occlusion.
Orthodontic treatment typically begins with a comprehensive assessment of jaw relationships, tooth positioning, crowding, and bite alignment. From this evaluation, the clinical team develops a treatment plan suited to the patient's individual case, whether that involves traditional metal braces, ceramic brackets, or clear aligner systems. The family-focused practice structure means parents and children can often coordinate care at the same location, simplifying logistics for households with multiple members in treatment.

My experience was positive from start to finish! The Dr, front desk and ortho assistants were wonderful. Chon, was my ortho assistant. She made the procedures ALWAYS pleasant that I looked forward to each visit! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU… I love my teeth and smile! 😀
100% recommended! My daughter was a patient first, and then my son. The service was always excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The work is top-notch, and Dr. Michelle is very professional and kind. I loved the experience with both my children. Thank you!
A clean space with courteous staff
Having my son’ orthodontic treatment at El Paso Family Orthodontics was such a great experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating to our schedule. Dr. Espina is an amazing doctor, she made sure that my son was comfortable at every visit and ensured that the treatment was completed to perfection. I highly recommend El Paso Family Orthodontics!!!
I brought my daughter here for braces through Medicaid. The office refused to even submit the paperwork, saying she would be denied and it wasn’t worth their time. Even when I asked for a formal denial, they refused to move forward. I’m very disappointed in how dismissive they were, especially since Medicaid requires an official submission for approval. We’ve since found a provider who is supportive and respectful. I hope this office considers the needs of all families — not just those who can pay out of pocket.
Both of my kids are done with treatment here. The office is nice, and clean. And the results were great! I was told i was able to make appointments for saturday, but then for some reason they stopped taking appointments for Saturday .I believe its a new customer only thing... Also if you loose your retainers. You will pay almost $400. No free replacements at all!! Be careful with them.
Everything was going well until we were told my daughter was at risk of losing medicaid because she had too many absences but we had only missed one month of the treatment. Come to find out, something we were never told, was that rescheduling appointments even if it was on the same month would count as an absence. We were never warned until they had already counted 5 absences, 4 of them being rescheduled appointments. Would've been nice to know this every time we rescheduled. This also could've been explained better at the counter when questioned.
