Really like Dr Franco and his work. I followed him from my last dentist office after my previous dentist retired. I’m so glad I did! Dr Franco is professional, explains all of his work, is helpful in giving one different options for dental treatments, friendly, patient and has a great sense of humor. He also keeps on top of new dental techniques. Eileen, the dental hygienist is great. She is very through and explains everything. She is also friendly, patient and kind. I highly recommend visiting Dr Franco and his team for excellent dental work. Plus, he and Eileen are animal lovers!

Dr. Franco is the BEST. Every staff member at the office is extremely professional, kind, and so supportive. It’s genuinely a pleasure to be a patient there. Office was clean and easy to locate. Everything with the insurance was incredibly seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist office. Me and my brother both go there and when we go we feel like family. All the staff is incredible!! Dr. Franco explains everything so thoroughly, he’s extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a dentist office this is the place you should go hands down the best of the best!!! Quality care!

I had a great experience at The Dental Boutique. Dr. Franco was very kind, welcoming, and professional. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and was very friendly throughout my visit. The entire staff was wonderful and treated me with kindness from the moment I walked in. The front desk team was welcoming, helpful, and pleasant to speak with. The dental hygienist was also very nice and gentle during my cleaning, making the experience comfortable and stress-free. Overall, everyone at The Dental Boutique was friendly, caring, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office!

Dr. Adrian is a great professional, but I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. In my view, the issue was not simply the cost, but the lack of clear communication before treatment. I was charged for services and fees that were not clearly explained to me upfront. For example, certain charges were only made clear after the treatment had already been performed, when I was asked to pay. I believe patients should be given a clear breakdown of what is covered by insurance, what is out of pocket, and the total expected cost before any optional or additional treatment is done. When I raised my concerns, I did not feel that the office took accountability or made a meaningful effort to resolve the situation. Instead, I left feeling misled and frustrated.

Cleaning went well. I’ve been coming for years. Unfortunately, the front office admin was careless and told me I was good to go. She seemed aloof and inattentive. I left and she called a few minutes later informing me that I had a payment. I had to turn back around to the office. This was a waste of time that could’ve been avoided.

Have been a patient of this amazing dentist and his incredible staff since I tracked him down from the practice he was at and opened the Dental Boutique! I had been a patient of the other practice for over 20 years and did t think twice about staying with Dr. Adrian, he is simply the best!!
