⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. Not only do they provide exceptional dental care, but they truly care about their patients on a personal level. What really sets this office apart is the way they went above and beyond when dealing with my insurance company. Unfortunately, my insurance provider made the process extremely difficult and failed to pay what they were supposed to. Rather than leaving me to handle the stress and frustration on my own, the staff worked tirelessly on my behalf. They submitted multiple appeals, stayed persistent, and advocated for me every step of the way. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication were remarkable. It would have been easy for them to step back, but they continued fighting for me until every possible avenue had been explored. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. It's not often that you find a dental office that delivers outstanding dental care while also showing genuine compassion and concern for its patients beyond the dental chair. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me, and their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile will never be forgotten. 5 stars I can't say enough good things about Elevate Dental Wellness! I needed crowns, something I had never had done before, and I'll admit I was frightened going in. From the moment I arrived, the whole team put me at ease. A special thank you to Oresicia, the Office Manager, who went above and beyond for me. She worked directly with my insurance company and kept at it until my services were covered. She handled everything with patience and professionalism, and it took so much stress off my shoulders. That kind of dedication is rare, and I'm so grateful for it. The dental assistant was wonderful as well. She was attentive and gentle, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. And Dr. Larsen is truly the kindest, sweetest, and best dentist I have ever had. Her chairside manner is excellent. She explained each step, checked in on me throughout, and turned what I expected to be a scary experience into a calm one. You can tell she cares about her patients as people, not just appointments. If you're nervous about dental work, or you're looking for an office that treats you like family, this is the place. Highly recommend!

She stayed by my side and kept me calm and reassured throughout my entire procedure. Dr. Larsen has made such a meaningful difference in my dental experience. From the moment I walk into her office, I feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I especially appreciate the personal touches that make each visit feel relaxing, like the stress ball, lavender eye mask, and music I can customize. These small details show how much thought she puts into her patients’ comfort. Dr. Larsen has also helped me tremendously with my teeth clenching through Botox treatment. As someone who also receives cosmetic Botox, I can honestly say that she is the best. Her skill, attention to detail, and warm personality make her truly stand out. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist I trust completely, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Larsen to anyone looking for exceptional care from someone who genuinely treats her patients like people, not just appointments.

I hate leaving this kind of review, but I felt that I had to warn others. I had a horrible experience with this dental practice. Ahead of my appointment (march 2026), I emailed the office my Humana Insurance paperwork to ensure that my cleaning was covered. I was told that I was good to go. I came in, had my cleaning and told that I had a cavity and that they could fill it the next day. I stood at the counter and said how can you tell that my insurance will approve it that fast and the office receptionist looked at her computer screen and said that its already been approved. After the filling, I got a $487 bill, with them telling me that oopsy, none of it was covered (not the cleaning or cavity). Had they told me to call Humana myself to verify that they were covered, I would have checked and then found another dentist. But they affirmatively told me that they were covered. It's now Oct 2026 and I've been trying to work with them on this bill. Just today, without contacting me, they charged my credit card. There are so many good, reputable dentists in Chicago. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Dr. Larsen is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. I can’t recommend Dr. Suzie Larsen enough. Dr. Larsen is top-notch! I’ve been searching for a knowledgeable, experienced dentist for several years. After bouncing around from corporate dental practices where the dental staff “rotates” to small independent practices, where the dental care is passable but archaic, I finally found Dr. Larsen at Elevate Dental Wellness. She is a fantastic dentist who balances the latest advancements in dentistry with old-fashioned patient care sensibilities. She skillfully performed a very complex dental procedure on me today, but not before she made sure that I was “comfortable.” This wasn’t a chair adjustment. It an assault on any discomfort I may have been feeling. She instructed her team to bring me a chilled lavender eye mask, a weighted blanket, coconut lip balm and a forest green stress ball. I left with a fully repaired tooth and a new appreciation for my favorite dentist.

Thanks for the quick access and thorough care during my most recent appointment. I feel much better about my impending international travel now!

Elevate Dental practice was wonderful! From check in, to dental hygienist, to meeting the dentist- all were professional, experienced, and kind. After a rough few years at a previous practice they took the time to listen to me and provide thorough care. I’m happy I a local Old Town gem!
