Elite Dental Care Lancaster

I took my son to get his teeth cleaned here. Unfortunately we had to wait half an hour past his scheduled appt, but thankfully the dentist was very quick and efficient in cleaning his teeth.

Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en Élite Dental durante la cita de rutina de 6 meses de mi hijo. Desde el inicio, la oficina no tenía aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable, lo que ya hizo la visita incómoda y poco profesional. Sin embargo, lo más inaceptable ocurrió durante el registro. Por un simple error al mostrar mi seguro desde el teléfono, terminé enseñando primero el seguro del carro en lugar del seguro médico. El empleado que me atendía reaccionó de forma totalmente inapropiada: comenzó a reírse de manera burlona, se dio la vuelta y continuó riéndose por varios minutos, en lugar de ayudar o manejar la situación con respeto. Otra empleada tuvo que intervenir para indicarle que dejara de reírse y continuara con el proceso. Este comportamiento fue irrespetuoso, poco profesional y completamente fuera de lugar en un entorno de atención al paciente. Lamentablemente, esta no es una situación aislada. Cada vez que vengo a este lugar ocurre algún tipo de problema o experiencia negativa. Ya en el pasado tuve una mala experiencia como paciente y dejé una reseña al respecto. Ahora, aunque tengo que traer a mis hijos aquí porque es el único dentista que acepta su seguro, sigo recibiendo un servicio deficiente y un trato poco profesional en cada visita. La administración necesita tomar esto en serio y mejorar urgentemente el nivel de respeto y profesionalismo hacia los pacientes.

I was in pain for weeks and I called MANY dentists and nobody would get me in then finally went in as a walk-in somewhere and the doctor at this place looked at my tooth and said I have a cavity and told me my options and left. I had to schedule something farther out. My friend told me about Elite Dental and they got me in immediately. The dentist went to do extraction my request and she was the best!!!! From past experiences I was terrified but she was so gentle and slow and kind and good I felt absolutely nothing. She told me everything before she did it. My tooth was hooked to bone good so for now she did a root canal and she said from everything I had done I would have pain in gum for a couple days but it's been a couple hours and I have no pain anywhere! She completely took all the pain and sensitivity and problems I had away and I feel 100% better. I love Elite Dental, I'll NEVER go anywhere else. No matter how long I took my dentist wouldn't stop until she helped me unlike any other dentist in the area and I truly thank her!!!

Excellent service! I had my wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience. The dentist and the entire staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. They made the whole process much easier, more comfortable, and quick. Scheduling appointments was also very easy, and they were always kind and helpful. We are very happy with the care we received and highly recommend this dental office. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was on time for my appointment at Elite Dental, yet I waited over an hour before being called back. The X-ray technician was very kind, completed my X-rays and cleaning, and apologized for the long wait, which I appreciated. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Unfortunately, none of the front desk staff acknowledged the delay or offered an apology. After my X-rays and cleaning, the dentist briefly examined a lump I have on my lower bottom right gum and chipped back tooth, stated that there was nothing he could do about it, and then left. The interaction felt rushed and lacked explanation or discussion of possible treatment options. As someone who is new to the area and looking for a dental office I can trust, I was disappointed by the overall customer service and experience. While I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the X-ray technician, the long wait time and lack of communication from the front office and dentist left a lot to be desired.

Came for my son because he needed a root canal and his primary dentist that has been his dentist since he had teeth didn’t or couldn’t do it because they claimed starting in July 2026 medical coverages changed and root canals were not going to get paid to them as much as it used to be and to finish the procedure it would go past July so they didn’t or couldn’t according to them do it so came 1 1/2 hours here and service was so exceptional here they were all so knowledgeable caring beyond friendly and informative. They did his root canal and my son had such a great experience even if it was a dental visit he felt more at ease with the staff and doctors being so kind and reassuring him throughout the process thank you guys so much I truly appreciate you helping my son.
