I recently went to Dr Chau to have a gum issue looked at, and I couldn't be more pleased. To start, everyone I interacted with were amazingly pleasant and helpful, from the day I called to book my appointment through the follow-ups. Dr Chau was so friendly and thorough with his assessment, and when finished didn't try to give me the hard sell on a minor procedure, as so many others have done before. I went through with the biopsy and was amazed that I felt absolutely nothing, not the needle to numb me, nor the subsequent incision. He took his time and never felt like he was rushing to get me out. I couldn't recommend him enough, and based on how great he was, I have to believe that attention to detail and patient care extends to every dentist and hygienist in the office.

Dr Chau is really good. He took time to listen and answer all of my questions, and followed up to enquire about my progress after I had my wisdom tooth removed. I had a better experience than any dental practices I've been to until now. The front desk is great at responding to queries and rescheduling requests too. No complaints!!

I've been having my dental work done at Emagen for many years now and the team there is fantastic. Dr Chau and Dr Urtula are both fantastic dentists. I would highly recommend.

It's been 10 years since I first had a treatment with Dr. Chau. My visits are always pleasant, informative and most importantly, lead by a dentist who clearly prioritises his patient's health. Knowledgeable, professional and kind, I highly recommend Dr. Chau and his staff. They are good people.

After moving to NYC and having a poor experience with another "highly-rated" dentist's office, I found Emagen Dental and haven't looked back. Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff and I echo other comments that they have not once in the over four years I've used them tried to upsell me on anything. Totally honest and thorough dental professionals. I primarily see Dr. Urtula now as he specializes in an issue I had (and fixed) but I previously saw Dr. Kim and both are wonderful. I cannot recommend this practice more highly!

Gorgeous. The most remarkably caring, thorough, and exceptional dentistry practice. Dr. Chau has been my dentist for the past five years and I've followed him across a number of locations. He's skillful and a consummate professional, and very thoughtful in his treatment plans. The Emagen front desk team is top-notch and always follows-up with patient requests and appointments. Each dental suite is beautiful, high tech with projected videos so you can watch Netflix if you so choose...truly feels like a five star spa experience 🤗 Thank you and kudos to the whole team!

This is the new location of Emagen dental, in addition to their existing Chelsea location. The new office is beautiful, with all new decor and equipment, and chairs that have Roku/Netflix projectors for the ceiling. It's a really nice place to have your dental work done by an incredibly professional group of dentists and technicians.
