A great experience. Professional and complete cleaning and examination. Would recommend them for sure.
Timely and efficient 😊
I have always preferred home remedies over visiting the dentist, but when a severe cavity led to an infection and nerve pain, I knew I needed professional help. I am so grateful I chose this office. During my appointment, the doctor was thorough and honest. While one tooth unfortunately could not be saved, she immediately identified other areas of concern and developed a comprehensive plan. She walked me through an excellent partial denture option that will finally allow me to have my entire smile restored—something I didn't think was possible. The administrative experience was equally impressive. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the Cherry financing process. This made my treatment much more affordable and manageable than dealing with traditional insurance and high co-pays. For the first time, I am not anxious about dental visits or the costs associated with them. I am beyond impressed with the care I received and so thankful to this team for helping me get my smile back. Highly recommended!
DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to deal with the worst customer service I have ever seen do not go here. I have had issues regarding my balance with this office for well over a year and the front desk lady Gloria has made the experience absolutely miserable. She cut me off and raised her voice at me over the phone today when I tried to explain that I was frustrated that I was still dealing with the situation when she told me she was handling it months ago. I had to ask multiple times to speak to her manager after the conversation became unpleasant. The manager Jordan was nice but I didn’t get the feeling that Gloria’s rude behavior would be addressed after the call. Gloria is not good at her job. I originally left the office because she presented me a treatment plan and when I came back for the treatment the assistant told me that the amount presented only covered half of the treatment which was not brought to my attention until I was already in the chair. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any office and as someone who currently works in dentistry I would never send anyone I care about there. UPDATE: Almost 3 years later and I have started getting notices again claiming that I owe a balance that I have been told directly by the office that I don’t owe. This last notice said my account is now delinquent and is 1111 days overdue. I CANNOT stress enough to not go to this office. I have never had problems this bad and as someone who works admin for a dentist office I can’t believe the office has continued to let this happen. This place is such a SCAM. I repeat find literally any other office to go to. This place is a mess. I would give it 0 stars but I have to give at least one to post this.
I went in for an exam to see why my tooth was bothering me. The dentist spent approximately 30 seconds looking inside my mouth with a mirror. Then referred me to the oral surgeon to have it extracted. It felt like they were just trying to get me out of the office and not actually address my concern. Then come to find out it was only a consultation with the surgeon and the tooth was not scheduled to be extracted. The whole thing was a waste of time. And I still have the painful tooth with no solution.
Phenomenal practice. I’m a physician on the medical side and I’ve never experienced such a thorough evaluation and can’t recommend this practice highly enough! Cleaning was thorough but painless, dental evaluation and X-rays were more than I’ve ever had anywhere else. Highest recommendation!
My daughter was scheduled the have her teeth cleaned as a new patient on 4/17/26. That call me two days prior to reschedule due to a mandatory staff meeting. We have had this appt scheduled for over a month. So anyways, I go to reschedule and they can’t fit her in till June the 4th.
The staff is nice but after going to a different dentist today there were 6 cavities they missed on X-rays and a cleaning only two months prior. If you have frequent dental issues I would not recommend for a lack of thoroughness and transparency. I was told that “everything looked great and no concerns” but one month later at a different dentist I have 6 cavities and 10 watches and changed my whole oral routine. Just be mindful of what you need.
I normally do not write negative complaints because I understand that people make mistakes. However, I am writing now because I have been dealing with the same unresolved issue for over a year, and it has become extremely frustrating. I have been a loyal patient at Embassy Dental for nearly 15 years. During this time, I have received regular twice‑a‑year cleanings, tooth fillings, root canals, crowns, whitening treatments, braces, and an implant. I have always chosen Embassy Dental for all of my dental needs and have invested a significant amount of money in your services. The issue began after I received a crown. A few weeks later, I developed a large bump on the side of that tooth. My regular dentist was unavailable, so another dentist examined it and advised that the tooth needed to be extracted to avoid damaging surrounding teeth. Although it was difficult for me, I followed the doctor’s recommendation. I then received an implant. Because I had already paid in full for the crown, the previous accountant informed me she would override the charge toward the implant. Following that conversation, I began receiving text messages and emails saying I owed a balance. Each time I called, the previous accountant told me to ignore the messages and reassured me that I did not owe anything. When the messages continued, she said she would remove me from the automated system. The messages stopped temporarily, but eventually began again. This issue has now gone on for almost a year. Recently, after receiving yet another message stating that I owed a balance, I called the office again. The receptionist said she would have the accountant contact me. The new accountant/manager returned my call, but she was unaware of the situation. She immediately told me that I did owe the balance and that the previous adjustment had been applied toward my Invisalign—information that was never communicated to me. When I tried to explain the situation, she repeatedly responded by saying she “wasn’t there at the time,” and spoke to me in a manner that made me feel as though I had done something wrong. She even questioned whether I had paid for my retainers, again implying that I was at fault. I have always paid for every service in full, and I have never had any issues with billing in the 15 years I’ve been a patient. It is unacceptable for a loyal, long‑standing patient to be treated as though I am responsible for an internal mistake made by a previous accountant/manager. Additionally, the tone and attitude of the new accountant/manager was dismissive. It is extremely disappointing that a patient relationship of 15 years could be jeopardized over a few hundred dollars-especially when the mistake was not mine. I will no longer be patient at Embassy Dental.
