Emergency Dental

I've had severe wisdom tooth pain for the past two weeks. After calling around and being put on waitlist after waitlist (despite having had an infection in one tooth a week prior and constant severe pain) I decided to give Baltimore Emergency dental a shot. This was a nearly 2 hour drive from me and I would 100% come back for any future dental emergencies I may have. I came in as a walk in patient and had both wisdom teeth out completely painless within 45 -50 minutes and it was completely covered by Maryland Healthy Smiles. Dr Clark was amazing; he explained everything he was doing and kept checking on me to make sure I wasn't in any pain. His dental assistant (who I didn't get the name of unfortunately) was so sweet and helpful, and Ashley at the front desk was so welcoming and instantly eased some of my anxiety.

I went here to get a tooth pulled. They were professional, good at listening, and I felt well taken care of.

My daughter wisdom tooth needed to come out immediately and I came across this dental off from goggle search. I must admit I thought the reviews were from the staff or family members of the dental office. Let me tell you everything that you read on the reviews are accurate. Everyone from the front desk, the dental assistants and especially Dr. Rajaski was kind, polite and understanding to my daughter needs. Dr. Rajaski made sure we understood what was about to take place and then ask for permission to proceed. They even give her a package of oodles and noodles and her take home bag. I don't ever want to have to see them again, because that would mean my dang on mouth is killing me, but if it does I'll be right back no question.

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get their teeth extracted. I was just there yesterday to get two of my wisdom teeth removed. In the waiting room, my mom and I as well as another patient heard a man yelling in pain in between really loud crackling noises. It sounded very concerning and made me nervous to even be treated. Never in my life have I heard someone scream like that in a dentist office. We were told by the woman at the front desk that some people handle the numbing differently. The extraction process was a very traumatizing experience for me and I can completely understand why that man was yelling. I have never had any issues with numbing at the dentist before. I told the dentist that I still felt pain so he told me he could inject the rest of the novocaine that was left in the syringe and he immediately started pulling the tooth instead of waiting for 5 minutes like he had done previously. For the second tooth he didn’t even give it another numbing shot after seeing I was visibly in pain. It seemed like he was rushing to get the teeth out and there were tears streaming down my face as he was pulling my teeth. I know the difference between the feeling of pressure and outright pain. I never would have expected to go through something like that. If there is a consistent problem where several patients are experiencing pain during extractions then there is an issue with how the novocaine is being administered by the dentist not with the patients.

This place is still wonderful. I went back a second time to get my bite adjusted. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and I was called to the back fast. All staff are again a joy to be around just like they were my very first visit.The dentist guy was a pleasure and friendly just like he was last time and he took care of all my dental needs. He also gave me some informative information pertaining to my dental procedure I had which was a plus. This is a great place to get all your dental needs done. I do recommend again.

Can not recommend this place enough. I had an emergency and absolutely nowhere near me (Delmar, MD) was accepting any visits the day after new years. Couldn't find anyone anywhere near me either. Out of sheer desperation I called here knowing it'd be about a two and a half hour drive. Not only did they agree to see me they took care of my tooth the very same day! I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for what they did for me! Not even in network for my insurance but the price for what I had done was more than fair. Great out of pocket price, incredible staff, great office, and just all around fantastic patient care. Seriously, go here if you have an emergency. Or just come here for regular dental work. If I lived in Baltimore this would be my regular dentist.

10/10 I waited for my mouth to heal before writing this review. I came in for four emergency wisdom teeth that were already protruding and two teeth extractions. From the moment I came in they made the experience feel like I was home and removed my embarassment for the state of my mouth which is weird for a dentist office. The woman at the front desk was personable holding conversations and genuinely interested in hearing me instead of pretending to pass time or act polite. When they walked me back everyone was warm and smiling like they genuinely enjoyed their job and made it hard not to feel the same. When it came to the extractions I had to come in two separate time and with each one the attendant held my hand through it all. The doctor was warm and treated me like a human instead of just another patient. When I came back for the second extraction, they remembered me by name and our previous conversation which was two weeks ago. After the second extraction I had extreme bleeding and had to come back. They made room for me within the hour it took me to get there and I was surrounded by everyone in the office to make sure I was okay. Afterward the doctor gave me his personal number to contact him in case the bleeding continued when the office was closed. I've never had an experience as kind and smooth with perfect precision on my mouth. I wish there were more ways to share how incredible my time here was and how I'm not only able to eat again but without any pain.

I had such a great experience at Baltimore Emergency Dental! I came in as a new walk-in patient with terrible tooth pain, and they accepted me the same day. The staff was so kind, understanding, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel completely comfortable and reassured me about my next treatment steps. They found out that one of my teeth was actually infected (I thought it was just a filling!) and were able to extract it right away I felt immediate relief. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. They’re also very accommodating when it comes to pricing and helping you figure out the best way to move forward with treatment. I left feeling cared for and confident about my dental health again. If you’re in pain or need urgent dental care, I highly recommend this office they truly go above and beyond!
