Additional follow up: I have contacted your office manager on multiple occasions and they are unable to resolve the issue. Otherwise you can expect a small claims court for the refund and interest. follow-up: THIS IS NO LONGER A MIXED REVIEW. AS OF 1 SEPTEMBER WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND CHECK (OVER $1250). AS THE OWNER RESPONSE DIRECTED ME TO, I HAVE MET WITH THE CURRENT OFFICE MANAGER (NO LONGER PRECIOUS, BUT NOW ITS KATHEY). SHE TOO HAS BEEN POLITE BUT IS UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION. I HAVE TALKED TO HER AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND WILL BE CALLING AGAIN TOMORROW. IF MY ACCOUNT WERE 110 DAYS OVERDUE THEY WOULD'VE SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. ALL I CAN DO IS POST A LOUSY REVIEW. I HAVE LOWERED THIS TO A 1 STAR AND WOULD TAKE THAT AWAY IF I COULD. This is a mixed review. I have rated this as high as 2-stars simply due to the fact that the office manager was polite, friendly and met me immediately upon entry. Otherwise I would post a 1-star review based entirely on their billing practices. Here are the details of my insurance and billing experience. First I have a good Delta Dental Insurance plan (our regular dentist has mentioned it is one of the better plans) and Emergency Dental Care USA says they are an in-network provider for Delta Dental. My wife had two emergency root canals back in May 2025 (11 months ago). With insurance applied we paid over $3400 at the time of visit. I thought it was high but wrote it off to emergency care. We never received a bill or statement of any kind and I missed the Ins statement of benefits. Fast forward to now and my wife goes back to them for another emergency root canal. This time she informs me that it was only $350 due to our having a $1700 !?!? credit from the last time (over 11 months ago visit). This set off alarm bells in my head for multiple reasons. First that is nearly half of what we paid a year ago (so we were charged double what we should have been) and second why did this company make no effort to refund $1700. Once I received the explanation of benefits from our insurance I saw they are only supposed to bill us about $800 for the services they rendered. So we have $350 for this bill plus the $1700 credit (over $2000) with Emergency Dental Care USA while my insurance says I should've only been charged $800 total (they owe me $1200 and I shouldn't even have been billed the $350 as our credit with them was more than enough to have covered the services with a refund still due. That is all outlandish but wouldn't have drawn a review from me except when I went in to the office in Colorado Springs today I was told I would be put on the list of those needing/wanting a refund and that the "finance department" would issue my refund via check in 90 days. That is correct...90 days. Emergency Dental Care USA has held $1700 of mine since 13 May 25, never attempted to refund or contact about it, charged me an additional $350 when the $1700 was sufficient and will continue to hold $1200 for another 90 days, mid-July 2026. I am not telling you to use or not use Emergency Dental Care USA but I am saying that if you do you need to track your insurance and payments and be sure you let them know 60 days in advance that you expect your refund so they can get it to you within a month (sarcasm as obviously that wouldn't work). Know what you are getting into and make sure you have the financial runway to provide Emergency Dental Care USA a 0% loan for at least 90 days or longer, as determined by them. Again, Precious, the office manager was friendly and polite and seemed to understand my frustration but did not have the power to address my situation.

STAY AWAY!!!!! They never did anything for me after scheduling an appointment I still sat in the waiting room for over two hours.i was then told it would be $99 to remove the tooth. Once I made it to the back the dentist asked witch tooth then moved the tooth and said okay we will need another payment to remove the tooth.i told them the amount of pain I was in is making it almost impossible to eat and how I was barely able to get the money together. The dentist then said I have to eat too. extremely unprofessional behavior along with the lies lack of respect for clients and greed.I left in more pain than when I got there and nothing was done for the $99. DON'T EVER GO HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU AND MAKE ANY PAIN WORSE...

Piss POOR service and experience. I needed a 5-15 minute procedure done and they failed to deliver all information needed as a service provider to a client upon arrival

I had a problem, I needed it fixed immediately, and it got done. The dentist, the assistant, and the front desk all were extremely friendly and professional. I didn't have insurance, so it was a little expensive (it's an ER for teeth), but they saw me late, and they are open 365 days a year. Once again, the service was exceptional.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Dr. Meyer was very honest. He did a great job trying to find the problem. He did not try to say something or do something to make a dime. He was very straight forward and kind. Overall the experience was much better than I expected.

The dentist was exceptional, and although I had to wait almost an hour, it was worth the wait to relieve my pain.

I am thankful that they were open and they were very professional and they completed a root canal for an abscess I had in my mouth.

By far the best dentist I have been too. Everyone there was absolutely friendly and very respectful. Dr. Meyer was very thorough with his explanations. My tooth extraction was very calming and quick.

I had an abscess that needed to be addressed asap and they got me in and taken care of quickly on a Sunday. The staff were all very pleasant.

Very friendly and fast service. From the time of my arrival to be seen by doctor took less than 30 min, which’s is amazing compared to other emergency clinics where waiting time over an hour is a normal. With addition of a very friendly and professional service for a reasonable fee I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.
