Staff were very kind and amazing, I had a tooth extraction done, and it was so fast, I didn’t even realize it came out yet. 10/10 I recommend.

I came to this clinic experiencing severe gum pain the day after my wedding, and I received fabulous, efficient care. I was seen immediately and taken care of exceptionally well. The staff and Dr. Shah were amazing. They genuinely wanted me to feel better and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the outstanding care and attention I received. Highly recommend coming here!

My son had an unfortunate dental trauma on vacation and of course it was a Sunday. In a panic I searched for emergency dental services in the area and was blessed to find this office open AND with availability for that day. The staff was amazing from the initial call and speaking with Betty to schedule on the phone. We arrived and were greeted by Amy and Haylie at the front desk who were extremely friendly and kind. Once taken back we were so lucky to have Chris as our dental assistant and Dr Shah as our dentist. Due to the trauma it was a bit more complicated and took much longer to numb him than expected. They were all very patient and understanding with my son who was in tears and scared. Thank you all for your understanding and support during this traumatic moment for him. He is grateful for his newly designed teeth, says you got rid of his buck teeth 😂 Haylie, thank you for the pizza recommendation, we will try to grab it on our way out of town before we go. Chris we will find a spot to stow you away in the RV, be ready to leave 10am 🤣

Thanks for fixing my son’s teeth. My son slipped and feel, chipping his front teeth. They staff was great. They got him in same day (Fathers Day) and fixed his teeth.

Super shady location be careful, if you don't get robbed on the way in or out here ...you will sure get robbed if you let these lawyers work on your teeth, they are butchers the pain they caused me wasn't worth the 50 exam fee. They took 2 X-rays and told me I had 3 bad teeth that were the source of my extreme pain, and they tried to get me to get all 3 extracted for in excess of $1800. They not only didn't do anything for my pain they caused more and worse pain by poking around what they called exposed pulp....which is a nerve. the hard sell was extreme on the extreme prices. I don't recommend this dental operation for anything, what a pain in the ass they are. Pay first 50 bucks then we can talk. Bars on the windows and jacked up parking spaces makes it a NEVER AGAIN EVER kind of place for me. Lots of local riff Raff in da hood.

I just moved back to Colorado from Washington state and I woke up with serve pain that was waking me up every hour! I was turned away yesterday by a different emergency dental office due to no insurance and a high out pocket payment. I called Emergency Dental of Colorado in absolute tears and they got me in for an appointment in matter of minutes! I felt welcomed, I felt heard and my concern was taken seriously! As someone who is highly afraid of dentists and who has high anxiety, I actually felt calm. The Dr that took a look at me took the time to explain what was going on, talked to me during the numbing part, was actually gentle with the whole process. I was pain free for 5 hrs! They took care of me and thats what we need! Their pricing is fair and surprisingly far more cheaper than Washington! Washington wanted double the amount for all the work compared to this Emergency Dental office! The front desk lady was also very sweet! Thank you guys! You helped me yesterday!

I went in with a really bad toothache that turned out to be an infected tooth, and the entire team here was incredible from start to finish. Amy at the front desk was so kind and helpful getting everything set up. April, my dental assistant, made the experience fun and comfortable, which I didn’t think was possible in this situation. Dr. Skaggs was amazing. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable. The procedure itself was fast and completely pain-free. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. 👏🏽🙏🏽

I recently had an outstanding experience at Emergency Dental, located at 402 West Garden of the Gods Road, Suite 100, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and I can confidently say this was one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had—especially for an emergency situation. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel at ease. The assistants—Amy, Carla, and Copper—were absolutely phenomenal. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Each of them took the time to explain what was happening, ensured I was comfortable every step of the way, and worked together seamlessly like a true A-team. Their compassion and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful experience into something completely manageable. Dr. Keller was equally impressive. Calm, confident, and highly skilled, he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. His precision and bedside manner were exceptional, and I felt completely confident in his care from start to finish. What truly stood out was the perfect balance of urgency and compassion. They got me in quickly, addressed my issue efficiently, and still took the time to treat me like more than just a patient—they treated me like a person. If you’re ever in need of emergency dental care in Colorado Springs, I highly recommend this office. Outstanding staff, excellent service, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond.

I have never had a better experience at a dental office. The ladies in the front office, Mac and Karla were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and helped in preparing me for my dental procedures. I came in very anxious and scared and by the time I went in the back I was much more relaxed. Dr Skaggs and his assistant Dillon were also extremely knowledgeable and very comforting from the moment I sat in the chair. They walked me through each step of the way and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a better team and experience. And I never once felt judged about my dental issues. I highly recommend this dental clinic and will be coming back for all my future dental needs.
