The people at Enamel are very good at what they do. They are skilled dentists and assistants who make you feel comfortable and explain in detail what needs to be done. They are also very efficient and respectful of your time. I strongly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for dental services in the West Loop.

This was my first time at this dentist office, and everyone was nice, punctual, and informative. The front desk, hygienist, and doctor were all great from start to finish. It’s clear this office genuinely strives to get you what you need, honestly the best dentist office I’ve been to in Chicago.

Second Visit — Exceptional Experience During Treatment During this visit, I spent nearly 2½ hours in the chair while Dr. Choi performed three extractions and prepared two root canal-treated teeth for crowns. Since I had never had a tooth extracted before, I was understandably anxious about what to expect. Dr. Choi immediately put my mind at ease. He made certain I was completely numb before beginning, and to my surprise, I felt virtually nothing during the extractions. What impressed me even more was the genuine concern Dr. Choi showed throughout the entire procedure. He repeatedly stopped to ask how I was doing and made sure I remained comfortable every step of the way. Despite the complexity and length of the appointment, I never felt uncomfortable or anxious. Dr. Choi and his entire team work together flawlessly. His assistant, Faith, was outstanding. Before I left, she carefully reviewed a post-operative care video with me and made sure I understood exactly how to care for my mouth during recovery. That extra time and attention gave me even greater confidence that my healing was just as important to them as the procedure itself. Tricha at the front desk was equally kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. I was prescribed ibuprofen and amoxicillin after the procedure, but honestly, the post-operative discomfort has been minimal. I believe that is a testament to Dr. Choi's technical skill, gentle approach, and attention to detail. Throughout the entire procedure—and even afterward—I never once felt like just another patient. Thank you, Dr. Choi, Faith, Tricha, and the entire Enamel Dental Studio team for turning what I expected to be an anxious experience into one that gave me complete confidence in my dental care. I look forward to completing the rest of my treatment knowing I am in exceptionally capable and compassionate hands. From the moment you open the door into his bright clean modest office, you can feel the good energy. Dr. David Choi and his entire staff are all incredibly professional and kind. Thoughtful, thorough, timely on every visit-makes me so excited to go; I set 3 appointments a year. There’s parking which is a huge plus in the city. I was referred by a friend, and even though, they live in Itasca, and I live on the north side of the city, we make the 30-60 minute drive because we choose to stay with the best to maintain our oral hygiene.
