Endodontic Associates - Dr. Benjamin Nielsen and Andrew Broadsword

My estimate was off by nearly $400 but that can happen. What was unacceptable was how the office accommodates, or doesn't, wheelchair users. The office is cramped and barely able to accommodate my chair to the point where I had to scrape my chair up just to get in and transfer. Perhaps worse, my main endodontist compelled me to tell him how I was injured under the pretense he needed to know for dental treatment... Whether I was injured in a ski accident or an incredibly traumatic domestic violence situation (which is the case) has no impact in how I am treated. Ask about symptoms and diagnosis all appointment long but his insistence I tell him HOW is either inexperience working with disabled people - which he should address, or entitlement to other people's trauma that he should address, maybe in therapy. Do not recommend at all edited to add: you can see from the response below, including the non-apology, that the endodontist is so caught up in his own ego that he thinks knowing how someone was injured would tell him something like whether I have issues laying down. I shared my diagnosis and was ready to share any symptoms or effects if asked, for instance, does your injury impact your ability to lay down. Insisting you need to hear my worst medical trauma because you think it'll tell you something is pure inexperience and arrogance. The way the office continues to double down just shows they values being viewed as right instead of actually trying to make something right. And to the point about whether it was safe for me to lay down, you never asked that AND when I told your staff when I made my appointment that the dental chairs WERE uncomfortable and hard for me, they said I had to transfer or find another place so, what again, what was the point? What did anyone learn?

Had an outstanding experience at Endodontics Associates. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming right away. Dr. Andrew Broadsword and his assistant were professional, friendly, and walked me through the entire procedure step-by-step. The visit itself was fast, painless, and completely stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of specialized dental care.

The front desk is terrible, which is bad news for you, all other things aside. Bad at checking insurance, making appointments, friendliness (not necessary, I know, but when both your teeth and pocketbook are being mined deeply. Empathy can go a long way). If you can go somewhere else, I suggest you do. It is like mediocrity was the only thing on the menu.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The administrative staff was super professional during the initial consults and follow ups. When the time came to have the work done (root canal), my dental anxiety was taken seriously and managed, and the procedure itself went really smoothly. Dr Broadsword did the work on my tooth. I knew what to expect from the beginning and he communicated everything clearly, and he listened to my concerns as well. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. The assistant there during the procedure was willing to hold my hand when needed, too! The root canal itself was done really well, the tooth looks beautiful and I had almost no pain after the procedure, even a month later. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

I’ve had 2 root canals at this place and they did an ace, top notch job. They are super professional and seem to really know what they’re doing, and take a scientific, no-BS approach to the job which I really appreciate. Plus, Dr Broadsword has the coolest last name ever. I sincerely hope I don’t have to get any more root canals, but if I do, I’m coming back to Endonic Associates!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Nielsen and team. Even the front office staff were great. I never thought I’d enjoy the process of a root canal and another treatment but I did because of the care I received. Dr. Nielsen is skilled, kind, caring, listens attentively and truly wants the best outcome for his patients.

Dr Nielsen and his staff were terrific through the whole process! My dental phobia was on high alert after finding out I needed a root canal. But they made it so easy and there was no pain; not during the procedure nor afterward. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Broadsword, who has the coolest Viking name in the history of names, was also an amazing doctor. Both visits to see him and his staff were actually fun! Not something you hear about the dentist/endodontist very often! In addition to some excellent banter, I was extremely happy with Dr. Broadsword's honesty, ethics, and empathy. He declined to do a 360 x-ray that had been recommended over the phone, because he said that it would not have given him any more info than the x-rays we already had. He certainly could have done the 360-and made a few extra hundred dollars, and I would not have known the difference. But he didn't! He is not only kind and funny, but clearly has a high moral fiber that made me feel extra happy to have found him. If you ever need any of the services that they provide, this office is solid gold!

Dr. Broadsword worked tirelessly to get my difficult root canal done to completion. My roots curved at the end so he had to laboriously work to clean out the root all the way to the bottom. Essentially this took an extra hour of work by hand, because a drill couldn't get that far down along a curve. He did all this work cheerfully. I came away very impressed. My dentist confirmed that Dr. Broadsword's work was done properly. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates to anyone who needs root canal work done.

The kindness, compassion, and professionalism of Dr. Broadsword, as well as his staff was prevalent from the moment I walked in the business. Their ability to make me feel comfortable and at ease, was special. Dr. Broadsword can be praised for his clear and thorough explanations of procedures, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was well-informed. He even had a model tooth to walk me through the CT Scan of my tooth. I was a last-minute appointment, and they got me in to see the doctor with efficiency and ease. The ability to accommodate patients, including scheduling emergency appointments on short notice is a great bonus!! I was seen on Friday and received a follow up letter on Monday. They are on top of their game. Great Doctor, great staff. If anything goes bad, I will be back!
