I’ve had 2 root canals at this place and they did an ace, top notch job. They are super professional and seem to really know what they’re doing, and take a scientific, no-BS approach to the job which I really appreciate. Plus, Dr Broadsword has the coolest last name ever. I sincerely hope I don’t have to get any more root canals, but if I do, I’m coming back to Endonic Associates!
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Nielsen and team. Even the front office staff were great. I never thought I’d enjoy the process of a root canal and another treatment but I did because of the care I received. Dr. Nielsen is skilled, kind, caring, listens attentively and truly wants the best outcome for his patients.
Dr Nielsen and his staff were terrific through the whole process! My dental phobia was on high alert after finding out I needed a root canal. But they made it so easy and there was no pain; not during the procedure nor afterward. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Broadsword, who has the coolest Viking name in the history of names, was also an amazing doctor. Both visits to see him and his staff were actually fun! Not something you hear about the dentist/endodontist very often! In addition to some excellent banter, I was extremely happy with Dr. Broadsword's honesty, ethics, and empathy. He declined to do a 360 x-ray that had been recommended over the phone, because he said that it would not have given him any more info than the x-rays we already had. He certainly could have done the 360-and made a few extra hundred dollars, and I would not have known the difference. But he didn't! He is not only kind and funny, but clearly has a high moral fiber that made me feel extra happy to have found him. If you ever need any of the services that they provide, this office is solid gold!
Dr. Broadsword worked tirelessly to get my difficult root canal done to completion. My roots curved at the end so he had to laboriously work to clean out the root all the way to the bottom. Essentially this took an extra hour of work by hand, because a drill couldn't get that far down along a curve. He did all this work cheerfully. I came away very impressed. My dentist confirmed that Dr. Broadsword's work was done properly. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates to anyone who needs root canal work done.

The kindness, compassion, and professionalism of Dr. Broadsword, as well as his staff was prevalent from the moment I walked in the business. Their ability to make me feel comfortable and at ease, was special. Dr. Broadsword can be praised for his clear and thorough explanations of procedures, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was well-informed. He even had a model tooth to walk me through the CT Scan of my tooth. I was a last-minute appointment, and they got me in to see the doctor with efficiency and ease. The ability to accommodate patients, including scheduling emergency appointments on short notice is a great bonus!! I was seen on Friday and received a follow up letter on Monday. They are on top of their game. Great Doctor, great staff. If anything goes bad, I will be back!
